Stayed here for 9 months. Absolutely loved it. Secure, beautiful gardens, close to shops and silwood were i studied. The care taker Ricki is a gem. Highly recommend

Lush gardens. Older block ... so has generously proportioned apartments. Mostly working owner residents or post grad students so it's a quiet apartment block. Live-in, efficient manager who is always available and helpful. Two elevators and a coin-operated laundry on site. Good security inciuding controlled access and a night guard. Amazing views (mountain in front, school fields behind). Close to station, shops, university and airport.

Clean, neat and well kept gardens. This old complex is well looked after and is still in a very good condition in a good location in Rondebosch

Only went there on work purpose.We a furniture removal company. Rusdon Park is an old type of building.
