The owners and the staff welcome you with open arms. They very respectful and very friendly. The rooms and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The place is not in Cape Town but only a 5min drive to town. It's a very safe area and the parking are secure. There's absolutely nothing bad about this guesthouse.

The ultimate B&B experience. We loved our enormous and exquisitely appointed room, so nice that we booked it for an additional night at the end of our trip. We enjoyed it all: elegant but comfy common areas, a lush, bird-filled garden, a pool for dipping, and sun and flowers everywhere. Topping it off like whipped cream are Yves and Valèrie, the charming and warm hosts, who made us feel like we’d come home every day. What a treasure!

We stayed in the hotel for a short stay of 3 nights. The hosts made our short vacation perfect ! The hotel , the room and the breakfast were just perfect! If you want to have a memorable stay in Cape Town ,here is the place to stay!

The Boutique Hotel is operated by owners Yves and Valerie. The couple have recently renovated to Victorian homestead into a peaceful and homely establishment. The service is first class and the rooms have every amenity needed. The property is relatively close to Cape Town’s attractions and a stone throw away from the botanical gardens. The breakfast is great with a variety of options and freshly baked croissants. I can highly recommend this quaint and well operated boutique hotel for family, friends and solo travelers.

It was an absolute pleasure staying with Yves and Valérie! They were the perfect hosts, always catering to our needs, super friendly and hospitable, we couldn’t have asked for better! The breakfast is prepared with love and care, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and chic, each room comes in a different theme/color and has all you could need during your stay. The hosts always go out of their way to help out (restaurant recommendations, transfer to airport, food delivery and even “at home” beauty salon treatment!) Highly recommend! And would definitely stay here again

Old Victorian build house with amazing love in it with an eye on the details. We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights (Jan 2023). The two owners, Yves and Valerie, are extremely kind and gave us a home feeling. Pool is a big plus, the showers one of the best we had so far in SA and the cleanliness is 10/10. Breakfast and coffee like in France, good Q. For the light sleepers. It is an old house (which we loved, which means that you can hear the house lives. We did not really bother, but it’s there. (We had a the huge 4 pers bedroom on the grond floor). Only minor for us was the missing of a small fan. 9,8 out of 10. Thanks!

A wonderful hotel. Safe, hospitable and always engaged in the interests of the guests. It does not get better than this. I am already looking forward to my next stay in this oasis.
