My meal was a disaster. Very dry nd it looked like it was fried in old oil. Spoke to Management nd customer services nd nothing was done

Despite having a drive-through, it can be frustrating when staff insist on taking your order while in the queue even when there's only one car in front, not causing any delays then you still have to go to the window to pay then hold you up waiting on your meal. The service tends to be slow. However, it's good that they remain open and serve fresh meals during load shedding. It's essential for management to address why staff won't allow customers to order directly at the window and it's very annoying.

Belgravia KFC really the most terrible service out of all the KFC's I have frequent. Everything you ask for is no they can't do there is no consideration or compromise its always just No. The food is also not made the same as all the other KFC's chicken it's dry and hard the wings has absolutely no flavor chips always tasting old. I will drive pass Belgravia KFC which is around the corner of my home. I will drive to Thornton, Goodwood or Maitland KFC if I am in the mood for KFC. Its sad.

Bought streetwise 3 got this 2 piece when I got home now just sad they don't check

The wait in line was in excess of 30min with only 3 cars before us. They told us they were short staffed and only had one cook whilst watching 5 employees casually walking around outside. They told us there was a 13min wait time for chicken and told us to find parking somewhere in the meantime but made us wait in excess of 20min. They did not apologize for any inconveniences and treated us like we were a nuisance. I recommend going to Krombom KFC instead, the staff seem more experienced and deliver better, faster service

Food taste was not that good like i expirience at tygervalley mall KFC or in mitchells plain..

My favorite place to go, not because of the food but the friendly staff and service you get there. The whole team at KFC is excellent.

Went through the drive through to get some lunch last Sunday. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. Great job, KFC staff.
