Had to wait a bit which is fine, but after my long wait then served with oily chips and no spice or anything on them then it's a problem

Very disappointed in this KFC branch. It's the second time i buy hot wings here and the first time i had to turn itback coz it was so tinny. Now today i brought my food and zinger wings but only to find 1 zinger wing and the rest was normal and small. I work in canal walk but their wings are so nice n big. You guys won't be getting any star from me and i will never again donate a R2. 😡 😡 😡

I place an order for A zinger burger but then I need to pay extra for the sauce . No problem. But when I asked tried paying I was told cash only . I didn’t have cash on me . I then managed to get cash then but was refused from getting a receipt for the extra sauce I had to buy ? Why can’t I get a receipt for an item if I paid for it ? KFC vangate mall please check your footage at 19:30 17/12/2023 . Because this is very dodgy to me as a customer . Why cash only ? Why no receipt ?

I normally use the drive through so i can't say much about the atmosphere inside. Friendly staff and excellent service. I just had 1 bad experience but we all make mistakes.

I always buy my KFC by this one in Vangate Mall and customer service isn't the best. I went there this morning I ordered a duo twister meal online and just had to go fetch it. I dnt really do twisters but when I came there my chips was as cold as ice and I gave a time for pick up which was 9h30 and I was there that time. That was still acceptable but what I won't except is the product I got when I got home its literally a chicken burger cut in 2 with a few lettuce and 1 thin slice of tomato with some sauce. I won't be buying a twister again does ppl pay like almost R80 just for that. 🙄

The chicken is the worst, dry, very hard, stringy and way overcooked. Chips tastes like it was fried in old fish and chips oil from a fisheries. Not to mention the journey back to kfc, what a waste of time. Kfc should also have a zero star rating option.

I enjoy KFC Food however please teach your staff to count. I ordered 2 X streetwise 3, they gave me 2 X streetwise 2. This happened a few times. I paid for the meals and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. So if I you order via Mr Delivery and want to get ripped off, order from KFC Vangate Mall.

Way too busy. Always has a long line. Unless you must have kfc then I would rather drive to one of the other branches. It's just too cramped and hectic for me
