    This Mc D's is super slow. The manager (not sure) walked around with the bag in his hands for 5 minutes before actually packing the order. The burgers were not great at all and nit the way we knew it to taste. The patties were a bit burnt, and overall, the presentation was not great. I'd rather use the drive-thru here than go inside. There were many staff, but it looked like no one was doing anything but walking around in the kitchen. People who had ordered long before me were still waiting for their order. If you have time on your side, then by all means, go there.

    Ordered in drive through. Its cold and raining I wanted something to eat with a nice hot chocolate. Got home 20min later to find out our hot chocolate is white water. Absolutely horrible! Very unsatisfied with my order!!! Called the store and I cant get through it just rings. I also cant find an email address.

    I've just experienced the worst customer service from the drive through at the McDonald's, where the greeting was absolutely shocking, then got shouted at through the speaker by the attendant and I literally told her not speak to me that way. Terrible!

    From 18:00, the drive-through is hectic. But good service was received. Thumbs up to the staff for coping so well under pressure. The play area is not used regularly as this place is moved more for drive-through than sit down .

    Enjoyed a weekday brunch visit to your store and was satisfied with the service and food received however would recommend maintaining the cleanliness of your dining and play areas which will alleviate the flies in these areas. It was not dirty however when your dining area is occupied regularly you need to sweep, mop, wipe down tables of the crumbs swept from the table into the floor, sauce smears on the table and counter tops as a result of your patrons and especially wipe down the glass in the playarea of the dirty sticky hands on the glass.

    How is it possible that the prices at different MacDonald vary. Plumstead charges R101 for a large quarter pounder with cheese, where tokai charges R99. The worst of it is that plumstead's food is always worse. They haven't had mustard for 2 weeks now and this is how full they make the chips, tokai actually fill it up. I love closer to plumstead but will definitely rather drive to tokai

    I don't often post bad reviews as I understand people are working long hours for minimal payment and we all trying to get by..but I am also coming here and spending my hard earned money..so I expect to at the very least get what I pay for..bought a grand chicken spicy burger, got home..started to dig in only to realize the burger patty is half raw.

    Terrible, absolutely terrible. Brown, gross, disgusting, old, mushy lettuce on my supposedly cajun burger. The patty on yhe Cajun burger is definitely not a Cajun patty. The bun, old and hard. Absolutely worse experience ever at a McDonald's

    We bought mc flurries and a Sunday. It's disgusting that McDonald's take us for a ride like that with our money. The cups were half filled, not at all like the picture they show. I went back the following day and felt quite sorry for the manager Ashley, who dealt with me, he explained that the machines out out a metered amount and that they don't decide what amount to put in. He replaced my order and had to put in twice the amount the machine dispose per cup to make it what is advertised. Management makes these decisions and put things out for what the customers get and the poor frontline workers have to dealt with irate customers because we are not getting what we pay for. Come on mc d management, ensure that portion sizes are correct because we come down on a store staff and you sit pretty up and and I'm sure they get reprimanded when things are replaced. Most times us customers don't give them a choice because we demand value for money.

    As someone who visits the area often it use to be my favorite McDonald’s to go to. Now? The standards have dropped.. ordered a meal for myself last night and swooped my drink for a chocolate shake that ended up being just foam. As the McDonald’s lover and night owl I am always disappointed when I arrive to this McDonald’s and they are closed way before they are supposed to be. They say that close at 12pm I arrived at the restaurant at 11:32pm and they were closed. Very disappointed. Please up your standards guys.

    Staff are not bothered about customers, rude, service provided is the bare minimum, Manager present. Staff walk away during mid order ! I waited 40 minutes for fries !! Another customer ordered a cone with a flake ( he waited the same time for his order which eventually was handed over with no flake and in a very unprofessional manner. I have never seen the Plumstead branch run so horribly. It used to be one of the best. Extremely dissatisfied. This is my 2nd bad experience and I see no progress since my last visit. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff is poorly trained and supposed manager was rude. No name tags to verify who they say they are. Cashier rude and manager encourages the bad behaviour and had poor hygiene in the store. I didn’t know McDonalds policy is to back chat to customers without hearing what the complaint is and that even when you haven’t posed as a threat to anyone you are escorted off the premises like a criminal when the only thing you did was complain about the customer service. I see nothing but bad reviews here about this establishment what a disappointment for the owner
