I
recently
visited
the
KFC
Ottery
Drive
Through
for
a
quick
lunch
on
Tuesday
at
exactly
11:08
am.
Unfortunately,
I
had
an
extremely
disappointing
experience
with
the
poor
service
provided.
Upon
arrival,
I
noticed
that
the
drive-through
was
open
but
there
was
no
one
to
assist
customers.
I
patiently
waited
in
my
car
for
more
than
5
minutes,
expecting
someone
to
attend
to
me.
However,
to
my
dismay,
no
one
came
to
take
my
order
or
even
acknowledge
my
presence.
Considering
the
fact
that
the
drive-through
was
open,
I
found
it
highly
disappointing
that
there
was
no
staff
member
available
to
provide
service.
The
lack
of
customer
attentiveness
was
evident
and
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
dissatisfied.
As
a
regular
customer
of
KFC,
this
experience
was
certainly
not
reflective
of
the
quality
service
I
have
come
to
expect
from
the
brand.
Moreover,
the
fact
that
I
had
specifically
chosen
the
drive-through
for
convenience
made
the
wait
even
more
aggravating.
I
sincerely
hope
that
KFC
Ottery
Drive
Through
takes
this
feedback
into
consideration
and
addresses
their
customer
service
issues
promptly.
As
a
loyal
customer,
I
believe
it
is
crucial
for
businesses
to
prioritize
providing
exceptional
service,
especially
during
peak
hours.
In
light
of
my
experience,
I
strongly
recommend
potential
drive-through
customers
to
be
cautious
when
visiting
KFC
Ottery
Drive
Through
during
busy
periods!!
