Review of KFC Ottery Drive Through (Tuesday 29th Aug 11:08 am) I recently visited the KFC Ottery Drive Through for a quick lunch on Tuesday at exactly 11:08 am. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience with the poor service provided. Upon arrival, I noticed that the drive-through was open but there was no one to assist customers. I patiently waited in my car for more than 5 minutes, expecting someone to attend to me. However, to my dismay, no one came to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. Considering the fact that the drive-through was open, I found it highly disappointing that there was no staff member available to provide service. The lack of customer attentiveness was evident and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a regular customer of KFC, this experience was certainly not reflective of the quality service I have come to expect from the brand. Moreover, the fact that I had specifically chosen the drive-through for convenience made the wait even more aggravating. I sincerely hope that KFC Ottery Drive Through takes this feedback into consideration and addresses their customer service issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to prioritize providing exceptional service, especially during peak hours. In light of my experience, I strongly recommend potential drive-through customers to be cautious when visiting KFC Ottery Drive Through during busy periods!!

I entered KFC and was assisted within 1 minute of entering the business.A young lady who assists with the electronic orders explained the different categories eg burgers, nuggets ,sides etc as well as the various sizes regular,large etc.My order was placed and within 10 minutes I received my order.

I am happy with the service. It is always a mission though with fingers cross asking if there is krushers. Always seems to be a problem when I ask.

Long wait. The waitress kept coming back to check what we ordered. It seemed she was probably not well trained and to top the chicken was under done. So I'm not impressed with them

The best KFC, did forget my bank card in the card machine this morning. Went back after work, they have kept it for me, honesty on there side. Please buy your next meal at KFC Ottery. Thank you I do appreciate you!

I was having my car washed at the Sasol car wash and decided to have a good KFC lunch while I wait and it did not disappoint. I had a Boxmaster meal which was box tasty and juicy, service was swift and good, the meal was great as well. I cannot fault this branch based on my experience that day.

Costumer service is really slow but there drive thru moves really quick.

Wish i could rate this store a zero. Ordered 3 cheese zingers via delivery. Food was of terrible quality. Zingers lacked flavour, breading very thin and soggy. Terrible, give this store a miss.

Completely messed up my order, also did not have the very berry krusher. Bought my toddler mash and gravy, ended up with just gravy... Definitely not a recommend branch 👎🏽 couldn't pay cash or order at the counter. No spice no serviettes - very bad!
