As a chicken lover I always prefer nandos .it’s best for me .I ordered full chicken hot with 2 side.really I enjoyed my dinner it’s awesome

Worst Nandos I've ever had and worst value for money. Ordered a starter livers and a Chicken with Avo burger. The little starter liver box was almost completely empty, there were probably 5 tiny peices in there, which filled about 1/4 of the box, at R60, complete rip off. I know its a starter portion, but really, at R60. I actually ended up adding it to my dog's food. And then the chicken burger, this thing was so messy a todler would roll their eyes. The avos 100% unripe and inedible. I'm over Nandos honestly, and they not cheap hey.

Food was amazing but ice cream let you down.With such a great product you cannot introduce inferior products to your business like the ice cream you are currently offering.If you adding to your already winning product make sure it is on the same level.The rating would have been a 5 had the ice cream tasted like ice cream and not a ice sorbet.

Service not great, order was wrong, fries tasted very earthy. Coleslaw in terms of value for money, extremely bad. Food arrived in parts, by the time the rolls arrived , I was halfway through my chicken. The kids order was wrong, the wife had to go and place her order again. Driving pass three Nandos as the service and food was always great, don't think I will visit you guys again.

Rosmead revamp so excepted some chaos. But not waiting for my sit down order for 40mins. Place was also a bit dirty from the revamp construction that took place. They must do better.

I order from Nando's once a week on average. I have been getting white chicken i.e. No flame-grilled chicken or flame grilled corn from this branch consistently. I am lucky if I get basting on this chicken sometimes. Steamed chicken is different from flamed-grilled.

Such a strong brand is spoilt by poor service and management. The store wasn't busy about 5 tables. And no queue. Food took forever to come. First, the chips, and then I kept asking when the rest of my order was going to be served/ ready. Served food bit by bit. With many of the dishes going back as it was cold. Its like they just can't serve a decent meal that is warm, and the manager on duty can't seem to care. What a waste of money for "private school" chicken.
