What a shocking experience. Went there on Sunday evening, the service and food was nothing short of laughable. We had to ask to order twice, ordered our drinks 15 minutes before the food and yet the drinks only came with the food after more than half an hour after we ordered the food. The worst part was the quality of the food and drinks. When the beer came it was warm and the strawberry daiquiri had split in two. I had to go inside to ask if I could simply have a cold beer. The waiters inside just shrugged and said they don’t have any in the fridge. But then how can you serve that? Eventually, after waiting for a while to find our waiter, I was able to swap my beer for a cold one but this took so much time and effort. The cold beer was served with a closed cap and was only opened when we asked for the bill. WOW. Regarding the food, the pepperoni pizza was R 150 and it was awful, the base not cooked, the salami was put directly onto the base and then a little bit of cheese was put on top of the salami as an afterthought (see picture). The worst part is that we were not alone, all the tables around us were complaining about the wait time for drinks. We like Tiger’s Milk and have had many good experiences at different branches. However, it is clear that when it is busy in Camps Bay, this Tiger’s Milk is completely unable to handle the traffic and would rather just dump out rubbish food and service. Management must have been nowhere because it was so clear how bad things were going. If you’re in Camps Bay I would recommend going anywhere other than this Tiger’s Milk. However, Tiger’s Milk in other venues is fantastic, recently had a great experience on Kloof Street.

The location is exquisite, providing seating that offers a picturesque view of the breathtaking sunset over Camps Bay. The staff, waiters, in particular, are incredibly friendly and amiable. I opted for a saucy cheeseburger; however, I must admit the burger itself was rather ordinary and lacked a distinct flavour.

Unbeleiveable service, so trustworthy. We left something at the restaurant and they kept it safe and secure for us while we hurried back. Absolute life savers! Cocktails with an unbelievable view. The perfect spot for a photo at sunset

Food was amazing and served not long after order was placed, the music was lovely and the atmosphere was lively, we had different servers tho and some were friendlier than others hence my lower rating on service, especially since we made a reservation for my 30th birthday and a different waiter asked us if we wanted to move to a different table when one of their tables wanted to sit inside even after I said no she came to ask me again if I was sure I wanted to stay inside, other than that everyone else was amazing

Went there (25 November) around 5PM and I had a good time with friends, got the upstairs sitting area facing the ocean but the only thing that ruined my experience was the unfriendly waitress who was cold to us when we were making food orders. It felt like were annoying her by asking questions about the menu. Funny thing she was all smiles while attending the table next to us. She was unprofessional, as later on we spotted her sneakily recording/taking pictures of a customer and one her colleagues quickly spotted that and told her to stop it. That was weird. The food is amazing, awesome atmosphere and great views.

We only had coffee and it was superb! We had planned to have breakfast but the grimy cutlery in the box put us off. Staff is friendly.

We had lunch there after playing in the water. I ordered a salad as a starter and a seafood platter for main. The salad was so delicious and filling which lead to me asking for my main to be packed to takeout. When I got to to the booked accommodation 2 KM away I found that there was no calamari and lemon sauce in the bag. Just hake, prawns and chips. I called to let them know and they went out of their way to bring the food to where we stayed. Thank you so much for going an extra mile to rectify the mistake ❤️

Amazing place, food is amazing the atmosphere is top tier as for the service it was BAD but I do think it's only because of the waiters we kept getting 3 waiters and all of them bad attitudes. Maybe on another day the service is far more better coz it is an amazing place.
