They do not answer the phone line. I then messaged them on whatsapp to enquire about availability. After they told me which weekend is available, I bought a voucher. They gave me a booking which I then confirmed. They did not respond until 5 days later only to tell me they gave my booking to someone else and we can reschedule. Totally unprofessional. Zero customer service. In between the 5 days I tried calling them but still no one answers. Lorraine refuses to give me management details. Don't waste your time and money. Substandard spa operating off "Radisson Blu" location.

We thought the choice of Radisson Blu Spa would be a great choice for our last 2019 couples massage, but unfortunately we were wrong. Destiny was very unprofessional, she talked all through the session, asking me questions about my gym sessions, etc. The massage itself was not good at all, both therapists need a lot of training. Also the massage started 20 minutes later so instead of a 90 minute massage you only get 70 minutes. Our voucher also included a Relax Session at the Pool with Fresh Juice or Green Tea. All we got was a tiny glass of water and that was it. It was really disappointing and it was definitely our last massage at the Blu Spa, not only for the year, but for the future.

We booked the couples massage on the special they’re running. I would strongly recommend NOT wasting your time or money. It was an awful experience and will not be going back. Initially no availability, completely untrained staff, dirty rooms and towels, terrible facilities and a completely unenjoyable experience.

Good Massage I bought a voucher a few weeks ago and we managed to book our massage on Monday; as we arrived on Monday, we had to wait as the massage room was not ready; I suggested to reschedule our appointment as it would have affected my other commitment in the late afternoon. We returned on Tuesday afternoon for our massage; all went well; good 90 minutes of relaxation and friendly staff, however they started 15 minutes late and stopped at 4 pm; our 90 min was more a 75 min treatment. One of the massage table needs to be repaired as the head cover is damaged and the pen given at registration are broken. Small details make a difference. We'll be back for the massage soon or later as it was well done.

Never honored our booking! Wish there was a no star option! Struggled to get the appointment in the first place as phonecalls were never answered and emails never replied to. Finally managed to get a booking for today however received an email notification that our couples massage had been cancelled with 5 hours prior to our appoitnment with no explanation why. Tried calling numerous times with several whatsapp messages only to be told (a few hours later) that they no longer do Hyperli vouchers. No apology or anything!

If there was a way of giving this Spa a 0 rating then I would. I purchased a deluxe manicure Hyperli voucher which turned out to be a disaster manicure. The "nail therapist" did such a bad job then asked that I come back the next day so she can redo all the nails that she did wrong,and this was more than 3 nails. The entire paint looked like it was done by a 5 year old - smudgy, overly applied paint. The second appointment kept being postponed over and over, the "therapist" couldn't fit me stating that the Spa was fully booked. This back and forth went on for three weeks till I gave up. I emailed the complaint and even sent WhatsApp message but Blu Spa didn't have the decency to respond or even send an apology. It was quite frustrating as it's a loss of money and time. I know the voucher was at a discount but it's still money that I work hard for. The treatment of clients is quite disgusting, definitely not worth a try.

We got to the spar before the time as our appointment was at 10am, we eventually got called into the massage room 20mins after 10am My therapist was friendly however, her nails was long, when she massaged me I got scratched and eventually said that she is hurting me. My therapist was literally replying to messages while she was massaging me, I know this as her phone was vibrating as she typed. My body is more sore than when I Initially when in. We booked a special that included juic eor green tea at the pool, when we were fi ished with the massage there was nothing, just a tiny glass of water. We were not directed to anything. Definitely not going there again!

I came around 2 years ago, and I was AMAZED by the experience and the ladies were VERY nice! Forget about the bad reviews, please remember mine! I have pictures and the manager was the FRIENDLIEST lady ever! She deserves it all! Everywhere I go, I TRY to top the professionalism of the gel nail polish they used, and so far, it’s impossible!!
