This place steals the cake for soul food chicken in Cape Town. Let me tell you the chicken surely runs in your plate.😭 You just wanna catch it and put it in your mouth.🥲 The chicken you will get here will blow your mind. In my opinion KFC and Chicken Licken could never! I had the 5 chicken wings and "feathers" for R45. It was the best R45 spent! I couldn't resist. Quater to finishing my plate I was was forced to stop and share this place! Their prices are quite friendly and you're guaranteed to be completely filled after your meal. Unless you want some more😭🔥

My boyfriend and I wanted to order their fried chicken (runner 5) @14:00 (30/04/2022) and they told us that we’re going to wait for 25 mins, we told them we don’t mind waiting they should go through with the order. Jiki jiki they tell us we can only order grilled chicken because fried chicken is “frozen”. We were adamant telling them we will wait but ended up not ordering because they didn’t want to process our order. It’s not that they couldn’t prepare it, they just didn’t want to. And you know what?? To make it worse this is not the first time it’s happened to us. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or what, but you guys really need to get your ducks in a row because the brand is *”FRIED”* chicken. I mean we had grilled chicken the last time and we didn’t like it. It’s only fair to spend your hard earned money how you want.

First time visiting this establishment. We bought wings and beef burger, both orders were dry and burnt. The wings tasted like they were boiled and deep fried x3. The beef burger order was delayed because they forgot it and that's how it got burnt and it was smeared in a lot of sauce I suppose they were trying to hide the dryness. The food looks good but a disappointment.

I recently bought a whole chicken special they have running, only to come home with basically enough chips to feed 1,5 person's and a small bird for almost R200. Totally pathetic portions which is suppose to feed a family. You can get a whole bird and ton of chips for basically R150 at Woolworths that would taste way better aswell.

We ordered at 16:03 there were ladies who arrived after us who seemed to be friends with one lady who works there they got their food first while we sag there only had our meal at 16:25 we kept asking for our order but no answer was given

This place has the worst customer service and horrible food. I am livered at the service myself and wife received. We ordered 2 burgers R44 with no chips. We proceeded to sit down and wait for the food. The waiter CALLED our order number 52 which i got up and received. We found it strange that we got chips but my wife couldn't also remember if she had paid as the cashier/manager was struggling to give change etc. As we started eating the same waiter came to our table saying we not supose to have chips, grabbed my burger box away and threw another 1 without chips on the table and told my 9 month pregnant wife she's eating the wrong burger. I got up asked for the manager and explained that's extremely poor customer service of which o got fuckol back in return not even an apology. I took our food , walked out and WILL NEVER return. Please close this place down.

Very small chicken, did not even fit on the bun. Not even half the bun

Food was delicious. Cheap prices. Amazing value for money.

There burger wasn't all so good but the cheese fries was the best I ever had.... Burger 6/10. And chips10/10
