Upon
meeting
with
Craig
for
the
first
time
for
my
fiance's
1ct
engagement
ring,
I
felt
as
though
Craig
was
very
welcoming
and
great
to
deal
with.
I
received
great
service,
he
was
friendly
and
helpful.
I
was
so
pleased
with
the
service
that
I
decided
to
purchase
the
wedding
ring
from
him
as
well.
After
I
made
the
deposit
for
the
engagement
ring,
feedback
and
service
was
just
awful.
Not
a
single
one
of
my
calls
were
answered
or
returned.
Messaging
was
terrible
as
well
as
you
get
no
reply
unless
you
constantly
message
to
check
up.
I
waited
a
month
for
the
wedding
with
barely
any
feedback.
My
valuation
certificate
that
was
promised
was
sent
to
me
months
later
after
I
had
kept
asking
for
it.
It's
very
worrying
and
concerning
not
hearing
from
someone
who
has
taken
so
much
of
your
money.
For
some
reason
he
became
very
cold,
very
unfriendly
and
near
impossible
to
deal
with.
Taking
into
consideration
that
I
spent
what
I
had
with
Craig
and
the
fact
that
I
was
a
returning
customer,
I
assumed
I'd
get
the
same
service
that
I
had
recieved
the
first
time.
But
it
was
just
an
awfull
experience.
I
definitely
would
not
return,
nor
would
I
ever
recommend
Craig
to
anyone.
