I love the food here! Very vibey on a weekend but can be super intimate as well for date night if you catch a table inside. Pizzas are good burgers are very nice, steaks are tender and they do awesome gin specials. One more thing the manager is so welcoming to everyone who pops in you’ll be visiting soon guaranteed.🙌🏽🙌🏽

I love this place. We had prawns & Chorizo Pasta, Greg had mushroom truffle pasta! The decor is fantastic. Tempted to come back tonight as they only close at 4am. It turns into a late dance party. Amazing concept. The decor makes me miss London.

A great spot for catching a quick lunch or dinner after work as well as for after-hour drinks. The newly refurbished space is sophisticated, laid back and welcoming. The restaurant boasts multiple seating areas - both indoors and outdoors, fit for any large or small occasion. Their meals are delicious and well-flavoured particularly their seafood (calamari) which I’d recommend. Quite a unique menu too, offering well-curated international dishes that are relevant to various countries. They run various drinks specials too, which can be found on one of their social media platforms.

We had a good time time here, our waiter was good explained all the specials. Toilets inside kept clean and smells good, it was good to see the lovely friendly ladies who do the magnificent job as well. Beer was lekker cold the views outside very great, this place is in one of the quiet street so it's a perfect place to chill and chat with friends and family. Inside area is cool too

Got the Big Ben (beef) burger and it was delicious!! Since I’m not a huge fan of American BBQ sauce, I was skeptical about ordering this burger, but I’m glad I did. This burger didn’t disappoint! The service was also great!

I always enjoy this place. I love the vibe and the feeling that you're actually on the underground. Our waitress Yvonne was amazing. She had a really cool vibe about her and we connected very well with her. The savannahs and the gin tonics (they have 250 different gins) were flowing. Love it!!!

We are quite disappointed at the service and food we received. Firstly, our burgers were raw, when we told our waiter he made the chef aware to which we were told, that is how they make them, rare. I made the waiter aware we should at least have been given the option, it was raw mince, nothing more... drinks never arrived, we had to ask multiple waitrons, just not as happy as all the reviews had made it. Other food was very nice, nice Gin :) would like to try the experience again.

Went for the Wednesday burger special. Great value for money. Burgers were huge and very tasty. Loved the fries, and onion rings were on point. I had the bacon burger, and was happy with the amount of bacon. Ambiance was so-so. (Btwn 6-7pm on a Wednesday.) There was a cocktail special on too, but you weren't allowed to order both specials - which I can understand, but did feel a bit cheeky, and doesn't make a patron feel very welcome when they're being informed on arrival of these two specials, but that you may not have them both. Extensive gin and spirits menu.

Went there on first Thursdays so it was jam packed. But it's a very vibey, cool restaurant with good food at affordable pricing. You will get some people trying to sell you e-cigarettes I think they are called but otherwise fine.

Food was AMAZING, would recommend the chicken Kiev. So flavourful and well cooked. The staff were also super friendly which made the experience even better. My mum and I really enjoyed it here

It was my first time there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great and the vibe was very chilled. Omw I had this prawn pasta it was soooo goooodd!! Our waiter was very accommodating as well. Perfect place if you just want to relax and enjoy a warm meal or a drink on the deck outside. My boyfriend had the burrito 🌯 and it was just as good!!

Amazing attention & menu insight), delicious - great portions - food & well-priced quality red wine. Perfect vibe if you're looking for a good meal or to relax in comfort. Clean, nice ambiance and again, great service from the staff. Can't wait to return for weekday specials & happy hour! Love the decor (esp if you're from the UK) and was impressed with the cleanliness. Kebab is a great option & calamari schwara a winner.

Definitely the best First Thursday place to be. This is where it's happening. Live music, great street party .. We were extremely lucky to catch Pascal and Pearce too. So much fun.

We stopped here for a post-dinner cocktail, and we were impressed by the energy of staff and the vibe at the bar. The cocktails were made to perfection. Worth visiting if you are seeking a great cocktail.

We got there approximately 20 min before they opened, the staff were amazing and also guided us through the menu as it was our first time there. The portions were a good size, definitely bigger than we expected. Would definitely recommend this place and will certainly be returning.

Restaurant with good food and a good vibe! I really enjoy the trans music together with the London station décor! I must give credit where credit is due! There was a disagreement regarding the use of Entertainer and the owner Neil Basset dealt with this in a professional manner!

I wish I could give this vibrant and cool location more stars. The place (interior, music) and the great gin menu are def worth more... But in times like this, where Corona is regulating our daily life everywhere no bar or restaurant should be as ignorant to all of this than what I have experienced there. Of course people wanna have a good time on a Saturday night.. but walking around without any mouth and nose protection, not keeping distanced to others is the wrong behavior and Should not be accepted by the staff... BUT... also the staff has got a strange approach to the COVID regulations... the people at the door and those who are taking your order are wearing masks... but none of the service staff which is bringing food, taking the plates and cleaning do so... HELLO... 2020 is not the best year, but why do younger people and places for those are trying to make it even worse? Sorry guys, only stars for that experience. Overthink it!!!!

Would not go there again, neither recommend, currently. Basically a really great, fancy place with good drinks and food. If you want to go to party like nothing happened, this is your place. Measuring temperature when entering of both of us was at about 34 degrees. By this temperature you would be a case for emergancy because of too low, but this measuring mistake makes it possible for people with high temperature to enter this location, because it would be still in "normal range". Even if guests inside do not care about wearing masks or keeping distance, at least the staff should. Nobody of staff told anybody about wearing face mask. Even staff that cleaned used glases or plates from our table and who brought our dinner were not waering face masks at all. Very critical currently, but maybe there were not yet enough victims or restrictions yet ...

Always a good place to be on a sunny day, where one can dine outside under the trees. The burgers were delicious and filling. The staff was friendly and complied with strict hygenine protocols. A must to visit if you want to see a lil London in Cape Town

Giving a star to the venue and the food but nothing else due to an unpleasant experience. After waiting for our starters to come for about 30 minutes, one of the waiters drops a cup of chili sauce on the table and it spills over my girlfriends clothes and hair. The waiters response is to bring some napkins that he leaves to the table. My girlfriend could use them to clean herself up at least but we needed to ask the waiter to come back to clean the table, as he seemed to think we would be cleaning his mess. After asking for the manager a few times he comes up with 4 glasses of G&T's and is like "this is only way I can say sorry". After not getting an actual apology, getting poor service and having to spend extra money for uber to get a change of clothes, we feel this place isn't worth going again.
