Ordered
a
craft
beer,
arrived
and
was
flat
and
had
to
be
replaced!
Starters
were
nice,
mains
were
a
complete
disaster!
Our
whole
experience
was
tarnishes
by
a
complete
lack
of
attentive
&
unfriendly
staff!
Anik
our
waitress
needs
to
find
a
new
profession.
Service
was
disgusting
&
probably
one
of
the
worst
we
have
had
in
Cape
Town!
We’ve
eaten
at
the
Blouberg
branch
&
I
cannot
believe
the
difference
in
the
food
quality
and
staff
attitude.
My
burger
patty
was
raw
&
completely
uncooked,
I
ate
what
I
could
because
I
was
hungry.
Spoke
with
Marshal
their
manager
and
he
did
what
he
could
to
assist.
He
mentioned
the
main
would
be
removed
from
the
bill
and
it
wasn’t!
I
asked
him
why
and
he
mentioned
the
owner
Gavin
told
him
not
to.
So
it’s
fine
for
the
staff
to
walk
around
giving
out
free
shooters
to
customers
however
when
the
food
is
uncooked
&
disgusting
you
get
your
customers
to
pay
for
it?!
I
was
told
by
Gavin
the
owner
that
I
was
the
one
that
had
the
issue,
and
he
was
unwilling
to
rectify
the
situation.
It’s
amazing
how
customers
get
blamed
for
a
complete
lack
of
service;
poor
food
and
shocking
attitude
by
non
other
than
the
owner
himself.
Gavin
your
arrogance
is
more
than
revealing
and
I
honestly
hope
that
you
come
down
to
earth
with
a
rude
awakening!
Do
not
support
this
franchise
they
do
not
care
about
their
customers!
