Really nice venue. Jerry's burgers are well known so it doesn't come as a surprise. But this venue feels special with it's open air courtyard and cozy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the tacos we ordered were tasty. Would recommend for a comfortable night out.

Burger was good, tacos were super average and dessert was yum. Service was lacking. Might be back, will see.

Had such a fun time whenever I went here. I want to sincerely thank them for giving us a enjoyable World Cup watching experience with classic bar/American food. The vibes were good and the interior and exterior design is nice. Highly recommend.

Good food overall. I liked the double cheeseburger more than the cheese stake sandwich. The meet is fresh and delicious. Fries and onion rings are very delicious and crispy. The cheese bombs were terrific! The sliders were good but one of the sliders was not that good. The atmosphere is okaish although a bit noisy, most of the staff are friendly but the waiter who served us had a weird attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. Liked the mocha too. Prices are a but more expensive compared to Cape Town restaurants but its still reasonable.

Hands down, the best ribs I've ever tasted!!! Farren served us and she was friendly, polite and prompt. The vibe was good for a Sunday and we thoroughly enjoyed the last of the Sunday Sevens rugby on the TV. Jerry's ribs will always be the benchmark by which all ribs shall be judged 👌

Ordered a craft beer, arrived and was flat and had to be replaced! Starters were nice, mains were a complete disaster! Our whole experience was tarnishes by a complete lack of attentive & unfriendly staff! Anik our waitress needs to find a new profession. Service was disgusting & probably one of the worst we have had in Cape Town! We’ve eaten at the Blouberg branch & I cannot believe the difference in the food quality and staff attitude. My burger patty was raw & completely uncooked, I ate what I could because I was hungry. Spoke with Marshal their manager and he did what he could to assist. He mentioned the main would be removed from the bill and it wasn’t! I asked him why and he mentioned the owner Gavin told him not to. So it’s fine for the staff to walk around giving out free shooters to customers however when the food is uncooked & disgusting you get your customers to pay for it?! I was told by Gavin the owner that I was the one that had the issue, and he was unwilling to rectify the situation. It’s amazing how customers get blamed for a complete lack of service; poor food and shocking attitude by non other than the owner himself. Gavin your arrogance is more than revealing and I honestly hope that you come down to earth with a rude awakening! Do not support this franchise they do not care about their customers!

Jerry’s is great. Thank you for having World Cup on t.v.(s) and having such pleasant atmosphere to watch without being in sports bar. Service both times we’ve gone has been greet. From greetings, to table service, to plate presentation, all done professionally. I love how this location has bit of everything, outdoor seating, bar seating, and dining area. Ribs are meaty and cooked perfect. Really good and generous salads and burgers. Definitely recommend and would (will) return.

Decent vegetarian options. Absolutely love the waffle! Had a staff function here. Its a great venue especially during summer bc they have a lovely courtyard with seating and even an external bar so it can directly serve guests during the event. Inside also has a lovely warm ambiance

Good burgers. I’d recommend not spending too much time going through the menu for other food than the burgers. Had the tacos before - they were alright but not really good. The burgers, however come with nice fries/ sweet potato fries and there’s a good choice of them. The Sloth was nice, but I imagined it to be a little more spicy. Bread was a little fatty but overall it was a tasty burger.

Sweet potato fries for the win! If you’re going to have the Whoop chickpea burger, have it with the pepper sauce and not the mushroom sauce (unless you’re obsessed with mushrooms.) Very filling. Consider it lunch & dinner.

Great wings and average nachos... Sent the nachos back twice because the cheese on the inside wasn't melted.... Wanted nachos and a beer with a take away wings, was surprised when the waitress asked me to go sit at the bar but wasn't really an issue. Give them a try

An amazing place that has such an amazing atmosphere 🌍 and apparently has the oldest grape 🍇 vine in the Southern Hemisphere (see picture) The food is amazing, I had a chocolate milkshake, and my Girlfriend had waffles 🧇 they have amazing service, however it can be a slow when the place is packed full of people, but overall was an amazing time and atmosphere 😊

Food was excellent but service wash shocking, waitresses standing around chatting as their sections were not busy. Management were nowhere to be Seen to run the tables. My wife had to get up to ask for service. After the meal had to wait again to have plates cleared. Great food and venue but the ball dropped on service. Peak season has not even begun.

Finally a place with good wings!! The fries are delicious (this is coming from a fry connoisseur). The tequila burger was good - they didn't skimp on the avocado or jalapenos. I ordered delivery. It came quickly but they forgot my onion rings. 😩

If you’ve ever had a craving for saucy, grilled, perfectly cooked wings, then look no further! After being disappointed multiple times by soggy wings from other restaurants up the road, I kid you not when I say that Jerry’s takes you to “wings (and burger) heaven”. Jerry’s serves the most delicious, grilled, succulent wings which is basted in their Jack D sauce. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered these for take away since I first discovered their wings a few weeks ago. Their burgers are equally delicious and juicy. The barmen and wait staff are always friendly and the food is consistently great!

If u love burgers like i do their selection will blow your mind off.. And their pricing is pretty reasonable too

Definitely a big surprise when visiting the city center, cozy dining room, great staff and definitely delicious burgers and appetizers. Local craft beer is a must to try. Special tanks for Tsepo our server who suggested the best house burgers and beer.
