It's a small place with a variety of healthy vegan options. You can find many vegan spots in Cape Town, but it is sometimes difficult to find healthy vegan options. But this place has a variety. It won't be great for big groups.

Arrived just before closing time, but the owner made no problem of it and gave us a table for two. Or perhaps I should say "the" table for two cause there's only one. This made it very cozy and allowed us to have a great conversation with the chief while he was preparing our meals. And you could feel the joy and love he put in those delicious vegan meals accompanied by fresh and tasteful juices.

Very unique tasting food. Very flavourful and the lentil sides are such a treat. The food is fresh and always is delicious. A definite treat for us and I am not even Vegan.try the charcoal burger.

Incredibly delicious food that is vegan, healthy and flavorful. We had the bun less burger and charcoal burger where they each come with a side portion of dhall curry. I really enjoyed the freshness of the burger (which had a lovely lemon dressing) and it’s pairing with the warm dhall curry. It was so delicious that I would have liked the dhall portion to be a bit bigger. Love it’s unique flavor and will definitely be back :)

The dahl will have you thinking of it for days, with its yummy crispy onions. The menu is compact, basically using the same ingredients in different forms i.e. wraps, burgers, salad, bowl, to suit everyones taste. It makes it easy to decide if you are one of those people that get overwhelmed by menus😄 The sprouts are organic and grown in-house, too! They add more flavour than you think🌱 Don't skip on the juice. Freshly prepared and refreshing. The store is very small, so be prepared to wait for a seat or have a takeaway to enjoy at the beach instead. This tiny place of sunshine will have you coming back for more🌞

The very best! Such a lovely green juice. My sister had a beetroot juice which she said was the best she’s ever had. And they make take away health food, my sister got the wrap which she always gets to make her tummy feel better because their food is so healthy and yet so tasty! Thank you reviewers and Google for bringing this wonderful vegan quick bite to my attention. This place is totally underrated.(5+ minimum!) The warmhearted lady who runs it is also the chef and a gardener! She grows most of the veggies (numerous different kind of sprouts!!!) with her son and husband on their own. I have never had a vegan burger like this before - absolutely delicious and so are the smoothies! A 5star restaurant can't do any better than that. All vegan burgers come with a filling side, like lentil curry. Way better than fries etc what other places usually serve. BEST VEGAN RESTAURANT IN CAPETOWN !!!

Really unique meal options focusing on the use of sprouts. The charcoal burger and the burger wrap are absolutely delicious, and love the little side sprout salad you get with your meal. The place is small and intimate, so it's not suited for a big gathering. Very good for a solo or two person mission. You can watch the cooks prepare your food fresh in front of your eyes.

One of our best meals in Cape Town! We got the ginger shots, burger on activated charcoal bun and a bunless burger — flavor was phenomenal!! Side of hearty daal. And so fun that they make their own sprouts. It is very small, and you wouldn’t know how good it is from curbside.

Didn’t expect the world tiniest shop, wanted to sit down but way too small. Asked the waiter about the vegan droëwors but she had no idea what it was or what was in it. Food options are limited to 5 meals. We ended up leaving. Meh

I had the wrap and my wife had the bunkers burger and we both loved it. Clean, healthy, and vegan with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend stopping here for a meal!

Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised by how delicious the meal was. What can I say but you must try it for yourself! Had the charcoal burger, and every bite was so satisfyingly good. The texture, the flavours, it was like a party in my mouth! Best bit, it's all vegan! And the lady is super super sweet, and helpful, and walked me to my uber (safety reasons)! Love the little place, I am sure I would be a regular at this restaurant if I resided in CT. From the people that work there to the service that's what makes it unique and I would definitely be having health juices. I was not a big fan of the burger sushi roll, not the best vegan patty I have tasted and a bit expensive.

A really nice little vegan shop, they have a great selection of juices and smoothies, and a smallish menu. The burger is highly recommended, both the activated charcoal and the bunless burgers, and the veggie ritto is also great! The venue is very small and only has seating for about 6 people, however they have delivery through Mr D.

What a gem!!! Support locally owned and organic. The menu was small and so so delicious and tasty.. the fresh juices are so fresh. The owners are awesome. They grow their own micro greens and sprouts. It is an oasis !!!
