I
can
honestly
say
that
I
have
never
been
this
let
down
by
a
hotel.
I
stayed
at
this
hotel
every
year
until
I
turned
21
in
2017,
which
is
when
I
stopped.
This
was
a
favourite
of
mine
and
my
late
father's
that
I
had
to
stay
this
year.
The
hotel
has
the
same
appearance.
Apart
from
removing
the
shower
curtain,
the
hotel
has
not
undergone
any
improvements.
The
refrigerator
in
the
room
I
was
staying
in
was
functional
but
broken.
The
absence
of
cool
air
from
the
air
conditioner
made
the
space
feel
stuffy
and
warm.
The
fact
that
the
pool
has
multiple
levels
should
be
disclosed.
The
breakfast
was
quite
simple.
When
I
asked
the
staff
if
they
could
fix
the
pancake
maker
because
it
wasn't
working,
they
stated
that
only
one
particular
staff
member
knew
how
to
operate
the
device.
The
most
frustrating
part
that
occurred
to
me
was
being
hassled
by
a
hotel
guest.
We
rode
in
the
same
elevator,
and
when
we
exited
on
the
same
floor,
he
began
following
me
and
interrogating
me.
He
inquired
about
my
room
number
and
whether
I
was
alone
in
it,
among
other
things.
He
also
suggested
joining
me
in
my
room
since
he
didn't
want
to
spend
the
night
alone.
Even
after
I
told
him
no,
he
persisted
in
bothering
me
until
I
offered
him
a
fictitious
room
number.
He
was
moving
away
in
the
opposite
direction,
so
I
quickly
hurried
back
to
my
room
and
shut
the
door
as
soon
as
I
felt
secure.
