The place needs a good clean up . The bathroom walls and doors . Also call pest control ... The couch was almost falling apart . The set up idea is nice but place needs a clean up .

Staff very professional. Place clean and secure parking

I booked through Agoda and I received a booking confirmation but did not receive an email stating that I should pay a deposit upfront and when we got there, we were told that we didn't book. The guy at reception seemed to know nothing and he didn't even welcome us properly because had that mindset that we didn't book. Eventually we were helped by the manager and we paid R50 more for a studio apartment. Our stay was great and our apartment was homely. I would definitely go again.

Very clean and friendly staff difficult to find

Nicely done but not up 2 scratch. No toiletries. Controlling about wen one can come and go. Flys hanging around. Small TV. Otherwise the bed was comfortable.

Clean but then there's a need for a mop in bathrooms.

The reception is warm, friendly, accommodating, cleanliness is absolutley on point and, most importantly, The Staff members, with special mention to Devante is absolutely brilliant. I must stress the sense of safety, security, and attention to detail at this establishment. Please maintain the efforts. It is highly appreciated.

Had an extremely comfortable extended stay at the Brookston. The self catering facilities leave you wanting for nothing. Will highly recommend this establishment.

The best staff. Absolutely amazing staff. Been there for five days and never had any issues, they were helpful and so welcoming. Great security, gorgeous rooms, clean, neat and comfortable. I will definitely go there again and tell everyone who needs to hear about it as well. Thank you Brookston!!!
