Terrible customer service, they don't allow you to change your check in dates. And for a self catering service they don't offer you the option to do so due to them not having gas in their kitchen for stove usage. Even after communicating to them, they promised to deliver but never did. Yet they are quick to send you remembers to check out quickly before check out time. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It brings stress rather than holiday peace of mind.

The location is perfect. Staff needs more PR training. The apartment inside is old, from cups to decor to furniture. As parking is free, program the disk that allows you access to complex to use in the parking area

Sorry but will never make use of your services again. The rooms are old fashion, over-priced and not well equipped. Your WiFi didn’t work the first two days of our stay. Your staff is unfriendly and unprofessional! No air-cons as well. It gave a 2 star motel experience.

A 14 storey residential complex above an extensive shopping and underground parking complex. Great combination for really convenient city living. The views of Table Mountain from the residential apartments are breathtaking.

It's a convenient spot for apartments. I think the bachelor's apartments are a decent size with good lighting. It's also very convenient that the shopping mall and stores are right downstairs.

I haven't been here for a while. But the place is still as convenient and affordable as I remember it. There is a dedicated front desk from 8am to 5pm on the ground floor, and a 24/7 security desk is on the lower ground floor. Parking is included in the per night rate. The bachelor apartment (bed can be separated from lounge by closing a concertina door) is big and comfortable. They don't have a sofa, but the 2 armchairs work. There is lots of cupboard space and space to work. NB. There is no backup electricity during loadshedding, so check schedules beforehand so that you can plan accordingly. They have a WhatsApp line and do let you know about the loadshedding there. Ps. Park on the level that takes you to Clicks and Woolworths to be on the right floor. The entrance to the apartments is between Clicks and Woolworths, on the same (left) side. Only reason for the 3 stars is because the unit (203) has a strong musty/damp smell, and the windows rattle very loudly when the wind blows. Also, the shower in the bath causes lots of water to spill on the floor, so one has to clean this daily to avoid slipping. The stove, oven and microwave are really old, though functional. The centre has quite a few shops and a few ATMs.

Good location, clean & nice rooms, free & safe covered parking, shoping mall at ground floor of building, Indian restaurant (vintage India) nearby.

Very nice rooms but they should include wifi to rental amount than having to buy separately which is very bizarre for holiday apartment's not to have. They should also improve on customer care after hours as we struggled with a few things in the apartment and couldn't reach anyone on the numbers provided in the guest guide.
