We had such a lovely time here. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. We recommend this to everyone. The apartment is in a very nice place and you can have a delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone is very involved and happy to give tips. So we had a great time here.

Absolutely brilliant guest house. Staff were friendly. Check in was easy. The bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast had everything you could want. The main road is a little noisy but a small price to pay for the guest houses staff and homeliness.

It is a beautiful place in a great location hence the one star. Other than that, it is not a place for youngsters trying to have fun. We were told multiple times not to make noise which we were not, they were basically saying we should not speak. I found the place quite racist. Oh, we were also referred to stay somewhere else.

The place is easy to find. It's up a hill but hd convenient parking . There is onsite parking and WiFi even with loadshedding and basic lights in the room . The freezer and fridge was well appointed, and so was the stove, which worked. Service was excellent as they cleaned the room daily and clean towels.

A delightful little place in Green Point. The owners are lovely people, very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small and cosy, adding to the place's charm. The location is 5 minutes away from the shops and the beach.

Everything about this place was perfect. From the staff to the room and location. We won't stay anywhere else but here. Jeanette and her team is absolutely incredible. I never experienced such great service. Place is VERY clean, has everything you need for a week stay and the location is perfect (myciti bus stops right Infront). Can't wait to stay here again!

Leeuwenzee is an absolute gem. The rooms are very well equipped and the ability to do a bit of salf-catering after too many take-outs and heavy restaurant meals is welcome touch. The linen is top quality and the beds are super-comfortable, making the rest after a busy day of experiencing Cape Town that much better. The location is superb in terms of access to eHail services and public transport and there are many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Jeanette and her team are always warm and helpful. Superb sea and mountain views. Leeuwenzee is in a safe area and there are multiple measures in place at the guest house to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.

Small rooms, but just what we needed. Great shower. Friendly staff and management. We will defs be back.

They will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort!! Very clean. Hosts friendly and available. Great water pressure ( which is a problem at a lot of accommodation in CT). Close by al anemneties. Loadshedding doesn't have an impact.

Very neat and tidy. Service excellent. Only thing I will upgrade is the TV system. Otherwise very heart warming in the heart of Green point. Worth the stay and the owner and staff are super friendly and helpful

The team at Leeuwenzee honestly make this maybe one of the best places to stay at in South Africa. Their service and attention to customer goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. It felt like home. The rooms are well kitted out, you could definitely cook your own meals if you don't feel like ordering out and everything is just well laid out and designed. If I'm ever in Cape Town again I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

They've done a great job, service outstanding, Daniel goes beyond call of duty to have made my stay as comfortable. Will keep on supporting them. Value for money, fantastic breakfast. Support them you won't be disappointed.

Not bad at all. How ever bad design as could not find the toilet light, cause it was inside the cupboard. The TV was way to high and could not get it to work only Netflix. Good position and very tidy.

Definitely not a 4 star!!! No aircon, no hairdryer, tv didn’t work, long hairs on shower floor. No personal touches whatsoever. Definitely not my choice ever again!
