After
more
than
25
years
I
visited
Cavendish
Square
during
my
holiday
in
Cape
Town.
I
literally
grew
up
in
Claremont
cause
back
in
the
days
my
father
worked
as
a
parking
attendant.
Through
my
schooling
and
university
I
worked
at
Stuttafords
to
supplement
my
income
in
paying
for
my
studies.
Today,
returning
back,
I
found
the
mall
developed
into
a
monastery
with
new
modernized
buildings,
breathtaking
shops
and
even
toilets
with
sensors
toilet
doors.
Eventhough,
the
mall
developed
for
the
better
I
could
find
certain
structural
resembled
futures
still
existing
eg
car
park
and
the
escalators.
The
mall
grew
in
size
and
retail
shops.
The
mall
is
mammoth
and
requires
a
tour,
on
its
own,
but
I
did
find
shopping
experience
most
pleasurable.
The
variety
of
shops
left
me
in
awe.
For
now,
I
fancy
2
shops
I
found
most
delightful
to
visit
and
indulging.
Parking
appeared
a
challenge
but
I
guess
taking
into
account
the
variety
of
customer
attractions
it
will
remain
a
thorn.
Can't
wait
for
my
next
visit.
Lastly,
the
xmas
tree
in
the
centre
of
the
mall
remains
the
highlight.
Limnos
Bakery,
Fabiani
and
the
Poetry
shop
I
consider
worthy
to
visit
again,
next
year.
