    Great service, decent turnaround and amazing value for money. Bought the Demo Picollo and I am happy with the deal I received. Will be upgrading one of the days and will definitely support Caffeluxe before going anywhere else. Wish they had offices in JHB or a walk in store :)!

    Went to the showroom today, no price tags on shelves. Staff are friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I got there and they quickly packed my 2nd order which was scheduled for delivery.

    Misleading online order. I ordered the 150-pods fill-a-bag deal and only received 120. I called in and they said that's how it is, they don't count they just fill the bag. 30 pods is a lot to be short. They said that sometimes there are only 105 pods in a bag. This is very misleading.

    When I asked them about repairs to an old Sienna machine that I'm trying to fix for my parents, I received an unapologetic response stating that they "no longer do machine repairs" - pretty shocking lack of after-sales support.

    It is honestly ridiculous that you get charged R100 for shipping which apparently is " same day delivery" but this is week 2 and still nothing was delivered. i called in and was promised it would be delivered the next day and then when i called again to follow up i was told oh, it will be delivered on Saturday due to stock take.. seriously what does stock take have to do with me if i placed this order 2 weeks ago!!!!! and... i haven't gotten any feedback from them, i had to call and message every time for update!!!

    Worst ever service . They are deceptive and you can't get a straight answer. Sent 2 machines to be serviced a month ago. Got replacement parts but still have not received machines. I was told they must look for machine in somebody's office. I was told a week ago the friends duo machine will be replaced, and I was then told last week, it'll only end of June. Its now a week later and when I call I can't get past the receptionist who is clearly not honest when I enquire about the delivery of the machines. It was supposed to be sent today but I still have no confirmation. No manager or owner will man up to their terrible service. Its shocking that a Company treats customers in this way. I will not advise anyone to purchase anything from them. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.

    They don't respond to queries. Often out of stock, but some good stuff here. Where's the intense coffee.. Been unavailable for months now??? Update. I received a response after this review! I must give credit where it's due. Their delivery is very fast, but free delivery only kicks in when you have spent R500 AFTER discounts are applied.

    My recent interaction with Caffeluxe only reinforced my opinion of your brand – the Duo machine is excellent for both Espresso and Dolce Gusta capsules. The adjustment for personal preference of strength works reliably well – I like less water than my wife does, so I set one button for her and the other for me. The delivery service is totally reliable (and fast) and best of all, the after-sales service is beyond expectation!

    Placed an order over 2 weeks ago which was needed for Christmas. They said I would receive the order in 2 days. After a week calling and emailing no response and poor telephonic services. No one responds on their online chat either. I called and emailed to change delivery addresses with no response to emails when following up again a really rude rep named Bernice was actually screaming at me on the phone when they were at fault and extremely late. I am absolutely disgusted with this service and will never use them again. After 2 weeks of frustrating myself they attempted to deliver the package to the wrong address and was told I will receive my Christmas presents in the new year. I hope I can get a refund out of them with less hassle.

    Amazing showroom with the very cool new DUO Machine on sale - Does both Dolce Gusto and Nespresso all in one machine! The variety of capsules is awesome and prices uneatable. Worth the drive! Say Jeff sent you and enjoy a coffee on me! 🤗☕🌞 P.S. Don't forget to ask about the new Medspresso line of CBD infused coffees, teas and hot chocolates.

    I'm a big fan of the new Duo machine. It's a great addition to my kitchen and because it's versatile I regularly change between Nespresso type or Dolce Gusto type capsules.

    Good, cheap coffee pods. Machines compatible with many pod types. Visit store for bulk mixed bags - can average R1.50 per pod. Accept SnapScan. Look out for online discount vouchers on Daddy's Deal/one day only

    EDIT: Changed my rating from 1 to 3 star. I've been a Caffeluxe user for many years and have come to accept that their products are average quality but acceptable. This year I decided to upgrade to their Caffeluxe Duo coffee machine as it allowed using both Nespresso and Dulce Gusto capsules and I regret ever doing so. The machine arrived without the Dulce Gusto adapter, with no note to explain why. Eventually it was explained over the phone that they held back the adapter due to design issues and that I'd receive it once they got new stock, which after many weeks I eventually got. Today my machine is broken. Its leaking water and not producing coffee out the capsules. I reported the issue via email and discovered their email system was down (and continued to be down for many days). I was told by their social media team to email their repairs department, which I did - no reply. I emailed their main email and eventually got a reply saying that the machine will need to come in and to send them my contact details, which I did. It's been over 2 weeks since I replied to the mail and still nothing. I then sent a follow up email and got a reply. They arranged to collect the faulty machine and gave me a brand new machine at the same time, which I was quite impressed with. They're a great company, you just need to have patience and accept that they'll try their best to correct any issues.
