Really one of my favourite restaurant/cafes in Cape Town. Such delicious food. And considering the expensive healthy ingredients that go into the food it actually is very reasonably priced. The food always leaves me satisfied and feeling great. The aesthetics of the place are incredible, such a nice design. There is also a lovely vibe here. However this cafe is a lot more busy than the other one in obs.

I absolutely loved my visit to Nourish’d This vegan-friendly café is famous for their smoothie bowls and juices now I understand why - there is simply nothing like them in town !

My favourite breakfast place in Cape Town! Really cute cafe with delicious smoothie bowls. They also have other food so perfect for lunch as well. Service is really good. Everyone is friendly with smile on their face. Especially Lola and Theresa (sorry if I spelled names wrong). Definitely recommend going there, you won't regret it.

Healthy, tasty and nutritious meals, served in a hustling and bustling little café. Staff were very sweet and attentive. The smoothies are quite pricey but super tasty. There was even a little nougat type bar at the bottom of mine as a bonus treat!

Ordered a bobalicioua smoothie bowl with strawberry and it was delicious. Really cold so it was perfect for summer.

Still one of my fav spots to drop into when in Cape Town. Nourish’d is a busy little place tucked away off the top of Kloof Street. With an endless list of smoothies and juices to choose from, an omelette (tofu/chickpeas) and coffee was a nice warm welcome on a chilly day.

Been there a few times because the food and juices are good. Kitchen staff is nice but Unfortunately almost every time the cashier ladies have been quite unwelcoming, moody and seemed to be bothered by customers presence without being stressed by a full store or any other obvious reasons why someone could be on edge. One time the cashier lady even talked private on the phone for 2 minutes before even looking at us, waiting to place our order. The staff preparing the food noticed and smiled at us, trying to balance the unprofessional behavior of the cashier lady. If you need good and healthy food, go, if you also want to have a nice and welcoming experience, I don’t know..

Food is healthy, fresh and delicious. The only thing I didn't like is that the place lacks seating space. Nice part of this restaurant is that there is inside parking bay available and you don't have to park on the side of the road. Great place to go after morning exercise or if you looking for food that taste good and have variety of veg/fruits.

Nice place for juices and smoothies. Also the bowls are very good. The portions are very big we both couldn't finish our bowls. We said the next time we share a bowl and add a toast to our order. So you see we will definitely come back. You also possibility to park next to the cafe. There are plenty of spots

Nice staff, great smoothie bowls and juices. Love the granola. Perfect place to get your after-workout-meal after hiking the lions head! Nice veranda as well and every place was cleaned before giving it to the next person.

Amazing food, service somewhat lacking. I wanna start with how amazing and delicious the food is. Based on that, it would be an easy five stars. However, the interaction with the staff wouldn't justify it. I went this morning and pre-selected items from the online menu to make it as easy and quick as possible. Apparently, the online menu wasn't updated to reflect that certain waffles weren't sold before 11am. Instead of letting me know, the employee just grabbed a menu and pointed at it. Made me feel as if I was supposed to magically know and she couldn't be bothered to just tell me.

For anyone who is finicky about healthy food options, this is THE go to cafe. I was here with a friend a couple of week's back after Devil's peak hike and overall experience was great. I had a berry smoothies (it was as close to what I make at home) and was relieved to find that they use actual milk instead of jelato's or vanilla ice creams used at most places (advertising themselves as health food cafes). My friend had a salad, toast and coffee. Everything we had was yum. Place was clean, service was quick. The seating area is small overall but hey if you can manage to find a spot, you'll have a good experience. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Wir mussten also nochmal neu bestellen.

Have to call out this situation as it is now. Downhill big time. Used to go there a lot when we lived in CT but they recently seem to be struggling to get it together. They don’t answer phones, you have to pay R10 to park nearby, and this bottle deposit story is actually just pre-payment for another smoothie or juice. It’s not a deposit bc you only get store credit back. Not to mention the massive carbon footprint this is leaving by making people carry jars around for months like I had to. Just get biodegradable plastic and stop making us pay for things in advance pretending it’s a “Deposit”. It’s not and it’s not cool to not know words’ correct meanings anymore. Putting all my jars into waste bin on principle of not liking being lied to.

(Translated by Google) Too hyped and complacent for me. Cape Town offers "cooler places". Offer is okay. (Original) Für mich etwas zu überhyped und selbstgefällig. Da bietet Kapstadt „coolere Orte“. Angebot ist aber in Ordnung.

very hip cafe with just a few tables to sit. Claims to be super vegan friendly but the (homemade) plant based milks are 14 ZAR extra which is quite a lot and portions are okay but not super big for the price. Wouldn't go there again to be honest, to hip and to expensive in my opinion

MADE WITH LOVE - a wonderful place with amazing vegan food! 🌱 There should be more conscious food places like this. You will find amazing fruit bowls and smoothies, sandwiches and other delicious specialties. Please note there a not many seating possibilities but the food makes it good again! Worth it!!

Best service ever! We arrived 30 mins before closing & were still served & allowed to stay a bit longer at the restaurant with no rush! Our waitress was so kind & friendly & recommended the yummiest meals & drinks. Will definitely be back to try more.

Nice Bowls and veggy stuff. For me as a meat lover it‘s pretty difficult to find something but what we had was like really nice. I‘d recommend this place to every vegan/veggy lover.

The spot for healthy (vegan) food and smoothie spot in gardens with free parking next door. Generous salad portions and friendly team behind the counter. Protein shakes available. Crowd is a mix of models, tourists and younger locals if you’re into that crowd. Food is consistently freshly made and the smoothies are very good.

Great stop for brunch or lunch, or when coming back from table top mountain. The prices are a bit steep for the dishes offered, but it seems a lot of thought and effort has gone in to make the offering healthy and nutritious. The coffee was one of the best ones I've had in Cape Town, the atmosphere is lovely with lounge music and sun, although there is not much seating space.

Nourished is the state of the art food&leisure Spot in Cape Town. Absolutely nice atmosphere, awesome staff and a bobobobobobobobobobalicious flavour. The best Bowl in town and probably the southern hemisphere.

On Uber Eats restaurant states their Happy Hippy Juice made only from greens (no fruits added), on their website however it says it has apples in it, but if you look at the ingredients of the same juice within their offered cleansing packages, it once again states it only has greens. To solve the mystery, I emailed the shop and received reply saying that it definitely has no fruits in it. So, I ordered it, and guess what, juice came properly sweet. When I phoned shop, their response was “yes, there are apples in it”. Speechless....

This place is peace and heaven on earth! They serve delicious toasts (of course with avocado :P) bowls and the best smoothies and juices in town! The interior is tastefull as well and the staff so kind! We will come back asap we will be back in cape town! Take care and support the guys from this place!

Food is absolutely delicious, however this is the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Went to the cafe itself and waited 45 minutes for smoothies; they got the order wrong and brought our food split up, so half the party waited while the others finished their food. Staff also seemingly forgot to make smoothies. Ordered uber eats from here and they only brought half the order, and took an hour to get the food. Honestly shocking, would not recommend unless you have several hours to wait and lots of patience. Just go to Kauai.

Unfortunately sometimes we focus on the negatives but a healthy joint where you battle to get a glass of water doesn’t rate well with me.

Nourish'd makes the most consistently delicious smoothies. There is always a good vibe in the store. It is my ritual to bring my group of friends for a smoothie after a hike up the mountain. And behind the scenes of the store, Nourish'd's Instagram page is well worth following. The owner, Tash pours herself into her business. There are often extra-mural activities planned like beach cleanups, etc to get involved in. Also some really profound and inspirational messages shared with love. Nourish'd attracts a little family of eco conscious souls trying their very best to make an impact, open to anyone to become a part of. Tash, we see how hard you are working, especially through these tough Corona times. Keep up the great work! 🦄 To the extremely low raters recently, please be mindful of the times in your reviews. All restaurants deserve a little bit more compassion and understanding at the moment. There are real humans running around behind the scenes trying their best. You could really do with following this little community café, you might learn a lot.

Healthy vegan eatery that is consistently delicious! Both branches are great (although there is limited seating capacity at kloof). Try the makin me cacao smoothie bowl, tofu omelette, moonshine bowl, falafel wrap / kitchari. Quite expensive.

Placed an order via WhatsApp - trying to adhere to better social distancing rules - only to turn up 30 minutes later with the order not having been placed, and having to wait another 15 to get my smoothies. 5 stars for the food, 0 stars for the service

  • 2/5 Wayne N. 3 years ago on Google
It.s sad when people have a great concept, but then think they can charge a premium and a have unfriendly service. Eating is about an experience; the venue, the service and the food. We were a party of four. Our food came out at different times. Why would you go and eat out together to get your food delivered at different times? Moonshine bowl was great. Star sandwich was tasty, but not worth the price. Thai pumpkin soup was a let down. 4 out of 10 for the soup.

  • 5/5 Jessica B. 3 years ago on Google
I have so much respect for Tash as a business owner and her staff. The concept is awesome and they practice what they preach. I see people comment on price to which yes it is on the pricier side BUT considering all the love from the back end..Everything is eco/compostable/biodegradeable , They use great quality products, Their staff are paid to a high standard. This is what supporting local looks like.

Ordered food of over R400 about a week ago. 3 of their BLT sandwiches, they were so terribly I took one bite and spit it out. I've been in discussion with UBER and they refused to refund us even though the food was not edible and ended up in the dustbin. So here is my review to save others the trouble of ordering food from UBER Eats from this company.
