My Wife, Son and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Outstanding service from our waitress Theresa and the manager Imtiaz. They go out if their way to make it a special experience without being asked to do so, they're very friendly and kind. The food was also delicious. I will surely revisit as it's super awesome to have ones family be treated kindly. 10/10 for service.

I highly recommend for everyone specially families with children because of the play area, great food, nicely assisted by everyone from staff crew, specially Rabia and Lameez. The kids love the play area and coloring the paper drawings.

The Itheko Morning Ladies had our end of year function slash Coaches Birthday Celebrations at this venue, loved everything from the efficiency of the waiter that hosted us so well and we were about 12 Ladies from the atmosphere to the delicious food, Thanks guys for an awesome time and being so patient and understanding and making us Ladies happy and satisfied customers, most of the Ladies took the Senior's Special and they said it was quite affordable for the amount of food you get , Keep Up the Good Work

16 Nov 2019 - Get here early on Saturday, enjoyed the breakfast off menu.....the buffet is good but i preferred the Ranch Breakfast, filter coffee is good...really enjoyed it 6 Nov 2024 - back for another visit to Cape Town from Sydney..... Breakfast was great, seems they have done away with the buffet part 😪

Excellent service! Great anticipation of my and my kids needs. Child friendly, family oriented and clean. They're getting a four star rating for the food, because our order took quite long and we got served the wrong order at first. For the service, they gave sharp knives to the kids and not enough glasses. Otherwise overall still a good experience.

I recently visited Spur Topeka in Kenilworth Centre, and while the overall experience had positive aspects, there were notable issues. As a vegetarian, I found my burger to be overcooked, prompting a request for a remake. Unfortunately, the manager's replacement was a beef burger, and the lack of understanding about my dietary preference was a letdown. Beyond the food ordeal, the ambiance turned chaotic. The volume of the music made conversation difficult, reaching a point where our table had to raise our voices. Additionally, the waiter's table banging, intended as a jovial touch, became an unpleasant environment. While I acknowledge everyone has preferences, compared to other Spur locations, this experience at Spur Topeka stands out negatively. Despite the positive aspects, from the food issues to the disruptive atmosphere, I may not choose to return. These points are shared with the hope for improvement in future visits.

Wow wow wow , I’m not sure where to begin. Firstly we were a table of 30 people and our waiter Tyson got each & every single order correct from the food till the drinks . He was extremely helpful and hands on , our food was served with a smile, each meal. He is great at what he does and I will definitely be visiting that spur branch again because of him - he did the job effortlessly , amazing service he is an asset to the business for sure !

Omgosh, what a lovely experience. From the door throughout my whole stay here. I was greeted so enthusiastically by my waiter Siba. The beverages were lovely and while we were waiting on our food opted for some buffalo wings in the sweet and spicy flavour and omw were they so delicious and mouth watering. I enjoyed every item i had, and Siba was always checking up, and keeping the table clear of clutter, He was vibey and always on his A-game. So if ever you pop in at Spur, please ask for that awesome guy, you'll be in good hands. From the time you enter until your departure. Thanks so much, keep up the brilliant work Sibabalo!
