By far THE best site to visit for all your coffee needs... After years of using my Bialetti Mocha Express to brew my morning fix, it finally stopped working. Browsing through the Cape Coffee Beans site I came across the replacements filter and funnel. A couple of clicks and a few days later the replacement parts were installed and my trusty Mocha Express restored to its all its glory :)

Very easy online purchases and delivery. In store the personnel are always super friendly. I absolutely adore how much effort is put into the history and descriptions of the coffees making choosing a great experience. We have been buying online for 3 years and have had superb coffees and service and my issues have always resolved very amicably.

First time buying experience has been wonferful. Friendly service, chat functionality works well and email responses are prompt. Ordered yesterday, delivered today. Purchased a Moka Induction pot with Timemore C2 manual grinder after doing lots of research. After the recommended "burn-in" preparation steps, my kitchen has the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the taste already MUCH better than espresso from my expensive bean to cup machine. This is the closes thing to espresso without an expensive machine. I love all the manual steps in preparing a fantastic cuppa, definitely worth it. It reminds me of the old days growing up with bag coffee on the stove, but this is obviously much better quality, better than you'll get in most coffee shops, if done properly!

Having been married to a hard core coffee-bro I have had years of experience on with Cape Coffee Beans. They have always gone above and beyond with communication, helping out when I made delivery address mistakes, stock availability, and just general incredible feedback. In the way they do business you can see it is a passion. Further, the shipping has always been fast and reliable, none of the products have been older stock (such as older beans) or broken/damaged on delivery. Amazing service! I ordered a new grinder and scale at 9am on Tuesday, by 9:30am it was collected by the courier and was delivered the next day at 8am! Highly recommend Cape Coffee Beans! They are my new go-to for anything Coffee!

CCB is the best place to buy beans and equipment from. The support staff are excellent, and ensure your order gets to you before you run out of beans (just take roasting dates into account)! The beans are always fresh, and high quality, with great tasting notes and information of the farms they come from on their site. The staff at the physical store are always very helpful and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend CCB to anyone looking to buy beans and more for their coffee fix.

What a great company to deal with. I have made two purchases now and the service has been fabulous. From online chat interaction to change of order on the fly before and during collection the service has been very very good. My first purchase was for beans and a mocha pot. Wonderful selection and great to experiment. Advice was solid and appreciated. Second purchase was a Wacaco Nanopress, a grinder and some more beans..... Again great advice, easy ordering & payment and the delivery was faultless. The Nanopress is a great little machine for myself and I love the experiment part of it. The suggested grinder works awesome and though the combo was not cheap something that I am really enjoying to make my own espresso at work in a fairly short period. Thumbs up to Cape Coffee!
