Excellent service! I had a rough idea of what I wanted but with very limited knowledge I spoke to Linda who guided me through the process and helped me make the right decision. Not only was she very knowledgeable but just as helpful. During the process I was constantly kept up to date with the progress and the timeline they committed to was spot-on. Designed my ring with her all the way from JHB and had no doubt in my mind that it was going to be perfect. I am getting a new setting for my current engagement ring diamond. I am not in SA and have been working with Cape Diamonds via email. I am finding the process to be slow as the responses to my emails are taking about 5 days. I was hoping that the process would be quicker than it is. Hopefully it will be worth the wait. UPDATE I am working with Linda and the customer service has been amazing. Once we were able to move from email and handle all the communication through Whatsapp it has been responsive and great. Linda has worked with me to do a custom design combining the Watsonia flower design with a trilogy/3 stone ring using pear side diamonds. The CAD drawing and the animation of the design that Linda sent me is exactly what I am looking for. It definitely has been well worth the wait.

So here I live in a small rural town, the son wants to get engaged and we have to look for a ring! I visited Cape Diamonds' website and barely submitted my request or Linda called me. We chat on the phone and she listens to all my ideas. Then they design the ring to our liking and send me sketches, 3D pictures, and artist drawings. Linda contacts me regularly and we pay the deposit. When the diamond was selected, she took me a video of it and sent it to me as well. She also captured the final ring on video and sent it to us. I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from Cape Diamonds and especially Linda. She walked with me every step of this big step to buy a ring. I highly recommend Cape Diamonds!
