On the 07th October RE/MAX Property Associates Pinelands held another successful expo at the Howard Centre, this time to hand out spoils for Breast Cancer Awareness month and to raise brand awareness. Congraluations to our lucky winner Merle!

Howard Centre is a lovely little mall with a few nice shops. It is very neat and well located. I love their Pick n Pay as it is massive and always have everything I need. The mall has a Woolies as well, some clothing shops, Simply Asia, Clicks, Crazy Store etc. Although parking is tight, you do get an hour free parking. The underground parking helps a lot.

Has good restaurants and yeah the bank is here ! Woollies always keep there standards on a high an quality at the best for groceries. Seattle coffee 😵😮 can't start the day without it! Wimpy!!! Breakfast all day!!! Need to say more 😉🍴 Summer coming up an pNp clothing has awesome awesome rick and Morty stuff 😇 A big tree blocking the centres name. Has pay parking an security guards. Great convenience centre in Pinelands that has what you normally need daily. Clean and well maintained and always have enough parking available. It's never really crowded like the larger malls so i find it comfortable shopping here particularly weekdays during the busy season.

I enjoy shopping and browsing at Howard Centre when I am in the area. An interesting mix of shops. WW food. A coffee shop. Smoothie place. Atm's . They allow a shortish time of parking for free.

Howard Centre is a great shopping destination with a wide variety of stores and a convenient location. The mall has a good mix of high-street and high-end brands, a food court with a variety of options, and a good selection of shops for kids. The mall is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Howard Centre is a great shopping experience for all ages.

Never overcrowded, always pleasant, smart, clean and SAFE. A tip for those low on cash, park outside in the side road and use the side entrance into the mall - parking not charged and you'll be met by a friendly car guard.

It's really convenient and most of the important stores are available at Howard center.

Perfect for a few groceries. Amazing coffee shop to communicate with some friends and older ladies & gentlemen. Parking prices are good, amazing food options and superb Woolworths, which was recently revamped!

Pity that GrowthPoint manage this centre, as its slowly turning into a somewhat soulless places populated in the mall by chain stores or franchises. The village vibe from smaller privately owned business presence is now missing. Word on the ground is that many of the smaller private businesses seem to have been forced out by extortionate rental increases.

Free parking 1 hour. Clean, safe and secure. Has a variety of shops, clothing stores and pharmacy. Nice restaurants and also has 4 major banks around the center.

Parking is readily available with reasonable free initial periods. Anchor tenants are Pick n Pay and Woolworths with a spread of supporting retail outlets and restaurants. As this centre has a monopoly for the area management have been accused of setting restrictive conditions and rates. Relief is not provided for loadshedding and left to individual tenants to provide. There also seems to be constant disruption with the Spur franchise.

Great variety of shops. Friendly staff at most shops. Parking is a bit of an issue at times. Otherwise great atmosphere.

Village-like atmosphere. Good selection of shops and eating places. Sufficient parking. Pleasure to wander around and meet up with people.

A very friendly safe shopping place, especially the Spur is very good, friendly staff, our Porche was her name did a good job as well as the manager, they were ready for all our needs.

It's a very pleasant place it's not like the canalwalks or n1 city but it's a nice small shopping centre great vibe lots to see. I would recommend it every day of the week

It's my closest and calmest little mall...it has everything I need just a little more than a stone's throw away... nonetheless, I like that I don't have to Hustle and bustle here...easy calm shopping 🛍️ experience...

Always a good experience. Typical shops available. Always clean. Toilets are excellent. Parking is cheap with the choices of open or covered parking.

More just a shopping centre for convenience. I wouldn't suggest going there if you're looking for variety and options. If you just need to pop in and out for a few things, then Howard centre is perfect.

Love this place! It's convenient, has all the banks and has a Woolies and PnP. I love that it's not crowded and that it has a good flow. The people are very friendly and courteous there. I will gladly come back anytime to exhibit my products

Neat mall, varied stories, clean toilets, best seafood restaurant in Cape Town, Salt and Lemon, hidden away in a little corner. Love Bargain Books and Wellness Warehouse. Great pizzas at Villagios. Ample parking available.

This mall is really clean. Here is nice wide walk ways, so you dont bump into people. There are all the big banks and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. They have everything from food shopping to animal treats. Around the outside there is a fuel station. Here is also a Kfc and Mc Donalds just around the corner. This mall is convenient for your everyday shopping.

Howard Centre is a really nice shopping centre - manageable size with quite good selection of shops, easily accessible, one-hour free parking. Nice suburban friendly feel.

The worst spur I ever ate at. Food was old like it had been prepared 4 hours earlier or even as if it was yesterday's. If I have to go into detail the people will feel nauseous like I did.

You get everything (except for liquor?) under one roof, in close proximity. Accessible with ample parking space. A very functional shopping centre.

Central to Pinelands, this mall has all the necessities for your daily, weekly and monthly living in the neighbourhood. Not the mall you would hang out at for the day, however it does have cute and quaint restaurants. The odd tech shop can also sort out some electronic needs and fixes. They do close a bit early at 5pm, but the grocery stores are open until later.

Howard Centre is a pleasant little gem in Pinelands. Quiet surroundings to do your shopping in. Easy and efficient. The parking however can sometimes be problematic

Good amount of shops available here, has everything someone who stays in Pinelands would need from clothing to food to a clicks for your lifestyle care. Free parking for the first 45 minutes makes for a blissful grocery run if you’ve got your list!

The center is far backward and definitely needs a revamping. Especially the Pick and Pay that is not nearly as stocked up with various products like there other branches. Not to mention the passive-aggressive manners of the Clicks. I've lived in the area for 3 years, and I always opt to go our Rosmead Spar, Clicks Kenilworth Center branch. They have the exact same waiting system at the pharmacy, but at least the service is far better. Not to mention, they always make sure there is more than 1 cashier available. Needless to say, the center manager walks around daily, but the same problems occur (parking machine and booms).

I love this mall. Woolworths needs more space. Too many people (employees) in store playing on their phones or sleeping.

High standard of local mall. Good covid 19 compliance. Good mix of shops and restaurants. Neighbourhood one stop.

I enjoy shopping at Howard Centre. It has a more relaxed atmosphere than the other Malls and not as busy. I liked going to the Standard Bank because the queues were not as long but it has closed down.
