Hi there.. the delivery came, no problem... but no cool drink.. I called and was told the driver collected the cool drink. It's almost 3 hours passed, I still did not get the cool drink I ordered and paid for....

I'm very unhappy with the vangate branch delivery service. They never delivered my cool drink which was charged for. The driver had a attitude and then had nonchalant attitude to say they must make a plan to bring the cool drink because it's not his problem. I use to buy almost every second week by them but they really don't care.

If anything has convinced me to dump Nandos and only do Pedro's it was my experience this morning. Went to try their new Soup Galinha Picada and roll. It's advertised in a small bowl, however got a medium coffee cup filled ¾ of the way. It's the reason why Pedro's are taking all your customers because you were expensive but worth it however your shrinkflation have gotten out of hand.

Had lunch at nandos vangate service was poor as we had to sit at a dirty table and noone bothered to come and clean the table but the waiters are up and down past us really now

I just ordered 2 chicken bowls and a two litre cream sode R34 but instead got a 500ml coke included in my order...

They dont use gloves when they prepare your food its damn disgusting.

Service delivery average. Charge me for redbull energy drink which i never ordered. Chicken was bad. Complained to customer services and i was told the manager will contact me within 48 hours. I had to do a follow up. The manager George called me to apologize and told me to come in for a meal free of charge. Got home as I was just about to eat the meal, I found hair on the chicken. This was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away and didn't even bother to call the store. I will never ever buy food from this Nando's (Vangate)

I've ordered a few times. The food is always cold, there is ALWAYS Something missing from my order. I just sent the drive back. I'll rather get in my car and drive to Belgravia road even though Vangate is literally 4 minutes from my house.

We ordered online and waited since 12:20pm and the food only arrived at 14:30pm, everything was cold and the chips tasted stale, do not use their online services

When my mother lived Rylands for 19 years, this was the Nando’s we would come to at least twice a month. Their food has always been amazing and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our favourite as a family, is a whole lemon and herb chicken cut in 8 pieces with chips and salad and garlic rolls. So yummmmmy! They never disappoint 👌

Very disappointed and upset with nandos vangate. We ordered via uber eats app. The app even showed driver collecting. After waiting one and a half hours order got cancelled with no explanation.

When a business has more customers, the service level get sometimes compromised. Especially affecting those who order online. In a nutshell I was disappointed!

Great food, amazing service and a fantastic all round experience.

I'm very disappointed with my order, first of all the fries are not what I ordered they actually did their own thing. Number 2 my full chicken is dry with little sauce, the chicken should be juicy and the sauce must be visible because your chicken is very nice with an extra sauce that drips on it. I'm not happy with my order😡.

Abit of a long wait but good food overall

I am a regular customer, normally me and my husband eats in at the restaurant and never had a problem... the last few times decided to order via telephone and to be in the comfort of home... The first time was for delivery and there were items missing... I called the shop and they said they will add it to my next order... second time I ordered was also delivery and asked them about the items that was missing in my previous order, delivery came and some items were wrong... flavours, skin on chicken etc. And also they did not send missing items of the previous order... I called the shop again and they apparently forgot and sent it with the driver.. Third order today was for collection because delivery was not available and once again order was not right... chicken was bland, tasteless, no extra sauce as I asked for.. skin on chicken when I asked for no skin, plain chips when I asked for spiced... I am very disappointed... is this how neverminded you are if it's not an eat in at the restaurant???

Staff not using proper protective clothing.Mask only there mouth is closed preparing food with out gloves...😢🙊

Placed order for delivery,food was disgusting,old chips,pita was broken and lettuce was dark green, like it was cooked. Its my 2nd time with this branch, i am very disappointed. Never again And customer care wasn't much help either

So I'm a regular customer at vangate malls nandos branch, so myself and my partner decided to eat there yesterday for lunch, I place our order and this teller tells me to insert my card and so forth, I do so and the machine takes long to process, she pulls my card out and inserts it into another machine, I then insert my pin and so forth again and the order goes through on the card machine and I get an sms showing it went through on the second machine, the 1st machine then declines, as I get my food we sitting and eating and the manager comes to me and tells me that the order never went through so I looked at her and showed her on my phone that it went through, so she tells me the order slip never printed so I had to do the purchase Again! It goes through once again and the oder slip gets printed, I asked the manager but now I'm being double charged for my meal she says it will automatically reverse immediately, I'm all calm about it, as I leave she tells me if it doesn't come through by tomorrow which is today I should phone in, I tried phoning a few times I couldn't get through, I then had to drive from home which is from grassy park all the way to vangate mall to enquire about my refund of R140, I get there, a different manager on site by the name of Sharon who I feel like I was speaking to a robot, no customer skills whatsoever, anyway she then tells me I need to wait 48 hours again! I drove all the way from grassy park for a 140 for nandos mistake cause their order slip never printed as to my knowledge that's a business issue not a customer issue, this manager was so abrupt telling me there's nothing she can do and the more Im telling her what the other manager said all she is saying she understands, understand what exactly if you not listening to my issue but to respond... So I left nandos now without my refund drove a R100 petrol out all because the phone wasn't being answered where this could have been resolved instantly yesterday and yet still unresolved.

Always good chicken

Ordered online to have delivered with the only option being Vangate. They called to say they do not have pitas or spinach, no problem, changed to something else. Order arrives with the wrong cool drink. I ordered a Tab, specifically because there is a diabetic who would be drinking from the cool drink. The order arrived with a normal coca cola original. They could call to say they do not have pitas or spinach but see it fit to just send any cool drink. Also, this is not the first time I've had an issue with Nandos Vangate. A previous order rocked up more than an hour after the estimated arrival time without any communication. I miss the days when I had Belgravia or Kenilworth as options when ordering online.

My food was undercooked but they replaced my meal but then you don't enjoy your meal any more because the first one was not well done. I mean I could see the blood coming from the meat... And plus I'm pregnant so I am not supposed to eat undercooked food # why would I want to lambaste you what will I gain a free meal??

Vangate Mall Nandos 😒Placed order and still waiting nearly 2hours now and no-one answering store phone. 😡 very poor service. Disgusting to be waiting so long. Very annoyed
