Cosy little gem in Kenilworth. Friendly staff, lovely vegan food and an attached grocery store full of appetising products.

What a great place! They have a great selection of food, smoothies and drinks to choose from. They cater for all dietary requirements too. They also sell their own homemade nut butters, which are so much cheaper than those you buy in regular health stores. They also have a section where you can dish up your own plate of food for the day.

Went there because the Constantia branch had no water. Ordered a vegan toasted caprese sandwich on rye plus one for a friend. I was surprised to find we only received 2 slices, as I had ordered the same meal at the Constantia village branch only a few days ago and received 3 slices, which felt like a decent serving. I mentioned this to the waiter. After a short while they made good by bringing another 2 slices, which my friend and I shared. Exceptionally friendly and good service from all of the staff. Great food quality. Lots of vegan options. Highly recommend.

I’m so pleased to have found this spot! With a restricted diet at the moment (no dairy or gluten) it’s such a pleasure to have somewhere to eat where there are so many amazing options to choose from. The hemp flapjacks were incredible!

I have been to Wildsprout a few times this year and have always left extremely happy. The new renovation allows for a very relaxed eating experience in the Cafe and you can still go shop in the joined grocery store and pay all together. Very seamless and easy experience. Smoothies are refreshing, and the chicken burger was to die for. Will definitely be visiting soon to try out some more things on their new menu.

Hands down one of my favourite spots in Cape Town. The food and service is amazing and their croissants are insanely good. A huge plus is they have an array of gluten free options and vegan options too. Such wholesome food that leaves you feeling nourished and coming back for more. Always a 10/10 for me!

This is the best food I have ever had. I hope your restaurant and deli will grow to an amazing business that will soon be found in all of South Africa's towns. It was so refreshing to eat healthy food at a reasonable price. I had the Buddha Bowl and Beetroot latte, and my husband had the chicken wrap with turmeric latte. Amazing food. Well done to you. I will definitely give you a 5* badge for clean and allergy conscious eating. Sorry I did not take photos, but trust me the was excellent.

Lovely cosy place, lovely food. I'm always delighted and satisfied every time I come here. The staff are warm and welcoming as well, and even picked up something I dropped and returned it to me. Cliché, I know, but always a good sign.

Oh my. What a lovely eating spot! Known for healthier options (gluten free/banting/vegan/etc)....I can see why. A friendly atmosphere welcomes you into this clean eatery. Menu is well-presented with indicators of dietary preferances by each item. DELICIOUS coffee (I had a bulletproof coffee) and well-presented plates of food (I had the Med Toast with sourbread). Continue through the restaurant and you are met with a lovely little shop to stock up on healthier alternatives or to find a perfect gift for someone special 🙂 I will absolutely be back! 😁

A must on everybody’s list!! A beautifully decorated café with an extensive menu of amazing dishes. The worst part of this café is that they make it so tough to choose!! The café also has a lovely deli connected to it which is packed with loads of interesting treats, produce and freezer meals. One of my favourite cafés in Cape Town

The place was full when we got there. Food was good, however we had to send one dish back as it was cold when it arrived. Service does take long.

Absolutely wonderful place for a healthy breakfast. They have amazing vegan options and even though it was quite busy during our visit the staff was super friendly, fast and had a great knowlodge about vegan food. Definitely our new favourite breakfast spot.

Excellent service and delicious healthy food. I ordered two toasties online, one with gluten free bread. They made a mistake on the gf order and my partner has Celiacs disease. After calling the owner, also Ryan, he made amends and sent us a fresh one with a smile. Needless to say the food is spectacular. Thanks Wildsprout 🌱🌸

Great menu for health addicts. Lots of healthy alternatives to choose from. Service was great, waiters very helpful and attentive even though we must have overstayed our welcome. It gets very busy sometimes so check availability beforehand.

Best spot in Kenilworth. If you haven't been yet I highly recommend that you do. They're cafe and a grocer so you can get a delcious coffee and breakkie before you do your organic shop. Plus everything is delcious and healthy. A happy environment that always leaves me with a full tummy and big smile on my face :D

We get groceries delivered here at least once a week and depending on who's fulfilling the order it's a hit or miss. Sometimes delivery is on time, other times it's an hour late which is odd since they use Uber courier. Food is also a hit or miss - we quickly discovered our favs and stuck with those. The chicken soup is some of the best we ever had. So far they've replaced any items we've had issues with which shows they have integrity as a business.

Healthy and delicious meals and never a let down! The whole family can choose a meal and they will be happy! Coffee and alternative hot drinks are awesome with friendly and helpful staff! Our weekend go to or meeting spot in the week!

Wildsprout is arguably the best breakfast spot in Cape Town! There are a variety of healthy, DELICIOUS, and quality dishes on the menu (and all reasonably priced too). The service staff are friendly and efficient. There’s outside and inside seating, with a lovely fresh-food shop situated at the back. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone in town. I can’t wait to return!

The best selection of Vegan treats. The choc cookie is the best ever. Also the millionaires ❤. I haven't had a chance to eat in but bought the vegan treats a few times and always happy. Parking is a bit difficult as they only have 2 bays for their clients, lots of parking opposite...if you're lucky. Lunch time is super full but I recently just parked over at the pnp Pam Golding parking and paid about R7.

I am a regular customer of Wildsprout, going usually 1-2 a week and the food / coffee is consistently good. The staff are also friendly. There is a wide range of choices for those looking for a healthy meal or with gluten allergies / plant based diets. Some of the gluten free options are also of no extra charge which is really nice as a lot of restaurant's rip people off with big extra charges for these switches. It would be amazing if it would be possible to one day not be charged extra for plant based milk. I recently had one bad meal experience and the manager kindly gave me gift voucher to the value of my meal which was much appreciated. For a cosy cafe with good hearty food and great coffee, I would highly recommend Wildsprout.

Restaurant claims to be gluten free yet staff are not trained - I was told that the Rye is gluten free 😳 Restaurant is not safe for those with celiac.

Such a great eatery if you have to cater for different dietary restrictions. Our vegan friends loved the menu and the food was delicious. Portion sizes could be bigger for the price but overall a lovely experience. The desserts are too die for!

I really want to support places like this but... ...A card machine that asks for the tip when you're ordering at the counter and before you've had either food or service? ..20 minutes to get avo on toast when there's only 3 other customers? ..the end of the loaf and a few pieces of old shriveled rocket? The avo and bread (not toasted) was nice. Decor and atmosphere was nice but service-wise you really need to up your game guys...
