We had a wonderful safe evening in the clean and hygienic environment. We were offered gluten free meals that is currently available on the menu. Efficient and fast service by our waiter Duwayne , excellent service and went the extra mile to ensure we got what we ordered. We will definitely recommend to family and friends as the the ladies in the kitchen behind the scene is doing their very best. Really a place for the whole family. Lovely play area for the children:) Thank you for a pleasant time!

I seem to enjoy the pizza there more than anything so next time I won't be buying pasta or ribs. The pizza is absolutely amazing.

Changed my review from 1 Star to 5 Star. We recently visited the restaurant for a kiddies party. The quality of their food has returned to its former glory. Happy to see my feedback has been taken seriously. ___________________________________ We visit this branch often. Food was always great!! I am not sure if they have new owners and/kitchen staff. The quality of the food has gone down, the pizza base is thin and soggy, the toppings dont taste the same as they did before; lacks flavor and salt! Quantity of the toppings is a lot less as well. A few pieces of chicken and steak, definitely not worth the price. Not how it use to be!! The kids had a waffle, definitely not the same quality (taste and presentation). They have a bigger menu but are out of stock when we tried ordering something new from the menu. Looks like they are more concerned about their profit margin than the quality of their food! Extremely disappointed as this was my favorite place to eat.

Ordered dessert ddnt get my kids desserts left without it, had to wait forever for our bill.... It's a no no for me... They did have a problem in their kitchen but the wait was jus horrible all for nothing only to find out the waiter forgot I ordered dessert

It is always a pleasure to visit this restaurant,which l often do with my grandchildren as the play area is well stocked and safe with many things to keep them occupied. It also has an onsight bathroom which is a great plus! The pizzas and milkshakes are delicious..

Terrible experience. Staff was inattentive, not helpful. My son got sick and I had to run to the bathroom to get things to cleanup after asking staff for cleaning items. Waited 20 minutes and had to get up to look for someone so we could order, couldn't find anyone while my son was coughing and choking to get water. Just a horrible experience. Will not go back. Toilets were dirty and did not flush either

What a disaster. Cold coffee and half the plate is cold. Too scared they would do something to the food if you send it back. no control over the play area. Big bodied men, (not adult) playing on games meant for children and when you notify management, they still do f. All. And DO NOT disturb the cashier when she is busy on her phone. You will get a look from hell as if you owe her for taking up her time.(work time) Stay away from this s. Hole.

This is the first time in many years that I revisited this Panarottis. Ot was about 8pm on a Saturday evening and the place was not that busy. Only a few customers seated. I honestly cannot say anything good about the service. We were met at the door and taken to our seats and were told that the waiter would attend to us soon. The waiter only came 20 mins later. I watched how the staff were just wandering around and showed no interest. The waiter eventually took our order and 45 mins later, the Pizza arrived at our table. We were almost done eating, when the drinks was served. Worst service ever experienced. I was at this restaurant a few years ago and I can honestly say that their service has become terrible.

Really not well managed, waited about 10 minutes before having to get up twice to ask to have someone come and take our order. Also the play area is very disorganized - big kids that are way to old to be playing in a play area are allowed to run around wildly in the play gym knocking over the toddlers, some of them just sitting in the play gym on cellphones! When I complained about it to the lady who was in charge of the playroom she pointed out my child to all of the kids which I felt was completely wrong! The food was also not that great , the pizza bases were paper thin, could not even pick it up without the toppings falling off and bland tasting, definitely will not be back!

We ordered garlic flatbread, which was drenched in oil, and the bottom was so hard...the pasta we ordered was tasteless, really even my 10yr old granddaughter can make a much better pasta...the schnitzel was so fresh and out of this world we shared that cosnit comes with 2 pieces, stirfry veggies was Devine but once again so much oil..we came home with 3 take away holder's filled with food, cos me nor my daughter had appetite after evrything basically drenched in oil...and ur mushroom sauce, please invest in making a basic from scratch sauce cos theses ones that u serve it taste so synthetic... I'm actually reading all ur reviews, and most is complains regarding ur pasta dishes, and ur "so called flatbread"...also the owner answer to complains is that he don't adress these issues he centre's on the food that was good#enjoyable via his feedback, instead of ADRESSING THE ACTUAL ISSUES

Panarotis kenilworth my kids enjoy going their. The service is becoming very bad a person has to wait 30 min before being served. It's the second time I received such service even waited 40 min for my food. The waiter that served us is more playful and forgetful more than anything else. I ordered a latte the waiter said I will bring sugar now I waited on the sugar while he was taking someone's order and another two other customers was paying for their meals by the time he reached my table coffee was cold. To top it off he mixes up the panarotis cards and gives my card away to another customer. When I asked for a replacement card he say I must go to another panarotis for a card. Spoke to the manager but it clearly seems like she can't manage the waiters in the restaurant.

Awesome and Friendly service. Waiting time for the food was way quicker than expected. Even on a busy day they are fast and efficient.

I'm neither a pizza nor pasta fan, but a friend suggested Panarottis. She drives a hard bargain and she was paying, so off we went. The shop is nice and spacious, with a camera that monitors the play area and the open floor layout adds a level of transparency that makes you trust the restaurant more - you can see the kitchen, where the staff are and what is being discussed. We had a great server - Taine, who was very helpful with food suggestions and made sure I got the coffee just the way I like it. We ordered the Chicken Supreme sub (the halaal option has pressed beef instead of ham) and the Chicken Milano pasta. The pasta was perfectly cooked and tossed into a rich and creamy cheese sauce; the peppers added texture and colour as well. The sub was lightly toasted, the chicken was well cooked and the cheese was a great addition. The food was exceptionally seasoned, although they do have condiments and all on the table, and we'll prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal: it was big on taste and flavour! I'm so happy with everything that I'm planning on taking someone there as soon as I get the chance. Heard the milkshakes are great as well. The food items around the restaurant gives it a Mom-and-Pop style diner feel. Or live you've traveled back in time to some store. Would highly recommend this restaurant

Only Query i have, is to ask if that is really Rib meat on the pizza.didnt taste like meat at all.No fibres only minced meat. It advertises Ribs but tasted like the processed RIBs that one can buy boxed.

The food is consistent for the most part. This is a Halaal branch, so be sure to check the correct menu if placing orders telephonically before you call as menu items differ. I have had several issues where they don't have available toppings on a standard menu item, was not informed when ordering, arrived to collect and was only informed then and had to wait for the pizza to be made while there with the rest of the order getting cold on their counter. I've also not been informed at all on one occasion regarding unavailable toppings, only to discover that substitutions were made at home. This is not acceptable as far as food allergies, averions and preferences go. Also, the estimated time given telephonically for call and collect orders is almost NEVER accurate, so take it with a pinch of salt and give it a few extra minutes unless you want to hover while they complete your order. If you ask for the condiments when placing your order, be prepared to wait an extra few minutes while they get it together because it's rarely ready and waiting with your meal. The establishment is in no way bad, the food is decent but service, communication and execution from placing the order to collection can definitely be improved upon.

The food is good and the so is the service. . . My wife and I had supper and after supper we decided to have a banana and caramel waffle. . . This is when we discovered that Panarottis doesn't use caramel sauce they use actual caramel. Which made the waffle even more delicious. The waffle was definitely amazing and we agreed that we would go back there just for waffles. . . Other places should take note. . . Using real ingredients makes for a better experience and at The end of the day. . . Experience is the thing businesses are made of. . .

As a regular i bought myself a pizza the 25.03.2020 at 15.45. when i got home and opened the box I was totally surprised at what was given to me. I keep telling myself its only a PIZZA. You guys let me down majorly !!!

My friends treated me to a Farewell Dinner this past Friday, Panarottis was understandably packed due to loadshedding in the area...Our waiter was Marc, who was really attentive & a brilliant server. My order unfortunately could not be fulfilled but The Manager on duty, who I believe was Randy came to explain the situation & made every effort to make my order possible. The food was absolutely amazing, service was just awesome. Brilliant establishment to dine at.

Just received my package from De Villiers Chocolate in Welkom. Really impressed by the packaging to make sure the chocolates do not melt on their way to the client. They also included a free chocolate bar! Thank you very much for professional service. Tastes real good!

Turned off at the Spice Route, looking for De Villiers chocolate, ended up turning left at the T-Junction on the restaurants side. The signage indicating where De Villiers Chocolate was not the best. Between the 4 of us, took us a little while before finally getting there. Unfortunately, with the C19 restrictions and limited time, we did not get to doing a chocolate tasting per se, but, we certainly bought enough stock/variety to do a tasting of our own. Staff were friendly and helpful, could not resist the ice-cream to go as well. Next time, will allocate a little more time to enable us to experience the delights on offer.

Worth driving out 50km just for their chocolate. I wish you could find more of their variety at Woolworths. This chocolate melts in your mouth and fingers. Take a cooler box and fill it up with chocolate.

Had the chocolate tasting today and it was very yummy. My absolute favorite was the coconut and honeycomb chocolate. Julie was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't leave without taking home some chocolate!!

Almost empty restaurant but virtually no service. No clearing of table and eventually I placed my empty plate on the backrest of my seat hoping it will be taken away. 30 minutes later , still there. Breakfast was good.

Food was really nice, however we still had pizza left and asked a takeaway box. When we arrived at home we found ball bearings in our food. How the heck does a ball bearing get in someone's food. And it's not even like we were rude to the waiter, we even tipped him very nicely. So the question still remains, how the heck did a ball bearing get in my food?

The food is extremely nice, it's clean, halal and the staff very friendly. It could do with a bit more knowledge of waiting periods for dishes, oversight/organisation at the door when it's busy but nevertheless a nice family restaurant. Ordering via phone was not possible as there was an issue.

Had my kids birthday party there. Service was a bit slow but the place was full. Overall we really enjoyed it. Kids were happy and so were the adults.

The food was delicious. Play area good. Speed of the Service can definitely be improved. Please always Insist on a bill reflecting the amount they are expecting you to pay. What was concerning was that the waitress told me 1 pizza was not reflecting due to 'a technical issue'. I needed to just add the amount for that 1 pizza to the total reflecting on the bill. i.e. add R79. I refused and requested that she add the amount to the bill. She stated this wasn't possible so i asked her to bring me the bill for that 1pizza on a separate bill. She proceeded to bring me a bill for a single pizza - but not the type of pizza we even ordered(i suspect this was someone else's bill which she just reprinted). I refused this and asked her to fix it. She eventually brought it after much hesitation. My thing is, are they just pocketing that 'missing' pizza cost? R79 x a few tables, every shift can eventually add up to a nice FAT tip straight into her pocket. This is not the first time this happened to me- which is why i was hesitant. In the end she still received a tip for the service because the overall experience was good and they did allow us to bring in a cake to celebrate my husbands birthday.

The pizza was great but the wait for it was at least 30 to 40 minutes!, also the request that our drinks be brought with the pizza rather than before was ignored, friendly staff, I suppose on quieter days the wait would be better

Food was really good, fresh and flavourful. Waiter checked on our table multiple times and was quite friendly. Place is kid friendly but do wish they would add a little more activities for the kids. Perhaps bring colouring pages and crayons to the tables. All in all, always have a very pleasant experience here.

We attended our grand daughter 1st birthday..it was truly wonderful. Staff were great ..food flowed quickly and tasted yummilicious. Thank you to all .

We visited on Saturday and I must say that the store was clean, food was excellent but table No5 had a leg missing which was not a pleasant experience when slicing through your pizza. They did attempt to fix it but failed. They should not allow their customers to use the table if the experience is going to disappoint with the meal. Lets hope they will fix it for there other customers to enjoy their meal

A lovely dining experience. There was only a few people when we arrived before 3pm for early supper. Was a weekday and spur of the notice eating out. Kids had the play area to themselves while we looked on just nearby, starters and food came relatively quickly and was delicious. The accompanying garlic and parmesan cheese just topped off the pizza. Latte and the Belgian waffle special (2 for 1) sealed the deal, and I felt like I was rolling out there when we finished dining. Will definitely be back there in future.

Ordered 2 Vegetarian chicken pizzas on uber eats and received real chicken on both pizzas. This is not the first time they have got my order wrong. Their pizzas are great, however they are extremely unreliable with online orders. Will not be ordering from here again. *EDIT*: A manager contacted me to rectify the issue. Happy with the quick and helpful assistance I received.

Went for breakfast and it wasn't full at all. Asked for my eggs to be medium and it arrived runny and slimy.i sent it back. My playe still had chips and sausage on it. When I received my plate I got my eggs medium and received extra Macon and sausage which was swimming in oil. This was after about 25min, at which point I was no longer hungry. Will not be back. Sad as I was at the branch in CW and everything there was perfect.

My first time at Panarottis was quite interesting. I must admit, their pizza's are good. We had a large duo, sweet and spicy. Quite enjoyable. We were provided with a free garlic pizza. A nice gesture. Their pasta's, to my tastebuds, were not great. They were a full house, so the service was a but slow for my liking, as I was starving. Lastly, their birthday song is the best, by far. This is perfect for kids and big functions.

Amazing hotchocolate, made up for the lack of taste in the pizza/flat bread. The pasta was a bit disappointing, the eating place choice was mainly due to the play place this time round.

Went this morning with the intention of having breakfast. Was seated at 11:00 and got the food 55 minutes later. When we got there the place was fairly empty and we waited for a waiter who took about 6 minutes to greet us and told us we cannot have breakfast as it’s after 11. Fine we accepted that but geez to wait so long for very below average food, a salad with over cooked bland chicken and over boiled egg was, a pasta that was so just sauce and no flavor, was not with the R380 spent. Will never EVER go back nor order from this branch again. Service was so bad
