    JEFF is an amazing option, especially if you have long working hours or other commitments and traveling. A variety of exercise options are available any time of the day or night and the 1on1 program adds motivation and accountability.

    Johno's eFitness helped get me out of the rut I found myself in when I turned 50. Coach Liz made all the difference in keeping me motivated and moving forward as I adjusted my nutrition and exercise regime. I am more mindful now. I managed to lose 12cm around my waist and drop 2 dress sizes. I am more confident and have more energy. A fantastic programme.

    Joined Jeff Fitness about 3 months ago, did a 21 day challenge and 2 months on 1 on 1 with a coach and during this time lost 6 kgs and about 25 cms. They keep you informed and on your toes.

Working a lot of night shift, you tend to eat whatever is easiest, since joining I have become more diligent at preparing my meals ahead of time and am sustained throughout my shift. With the meals I am also able to switch between my day and night routine without too much hassle. I have also gotten into a routine of going to gym while on night shift and am finding that I'm getting better quality sleep and feel energised to work through the night.

    Excellent service by by remote coach Louis and I was provided a simple to follow routine in terms of both food and training schedules. The cost saving on my food bill (which admittedly included a fair number of take-outs) has actually largely covered the cost of my 14 week JEFF program. I’m currently just under half way through the program and I’m about 7kg lighter and feeling great! I would highly recommend JEFF as an easy and effective way to maintain accountability on your own fitness journey!
