Excellent studio: central and easily accessible. But to the good stuff: I was interested in their own "hot vinyasa". I was not disappointed! It's engaging, challenging, rewarding...... Great balances, core exercises and the teachers know their yoga; their guidance is precise and helpful throughout the class. The people taking the class were mixed in age and ability; everyone looked happy. Everything I love about a good yoga class. The manager is lovely. I explained that since I was on holiday and therefore not likely to register, maybe it wouldn't be fair to benefit from the incredibly generous introductory offer (140R for 10 lessons over 2 weeks!) but she insisted so I ended up having an intensive yoga course over my holiday. I recommend this studio wholeheartedly (and in fact have already dragged one of my yoga-sceptic friends to the place: he loved it and is itching to go back!)

Last year in October I have participated in the yoga teacher training at the yoga zone studio which I can recommend to anyone who wants to learn all about the great teachings of yoga! I have to say I underestimated the profound impact Fulvio and his lovely team would have on me. Not only was the structure of the course well thought through but also have they ensured that we get the most out of this course (which is not easy to do within a month). Fulvio created a team of specialist from all the different areas we touched (pranayama, anatomy, etc.) so that we were able to learn from the best. I am very grateful for the ongoing support we got from the teachers during the training - no matter what was going on internally - they were always there, making sure to guide us through this beautiful but also challenging journey. I highly recommend this studio for your TT as they really embody their passion for yoga in any way!

I live in Cape Town and try to go to Yogazone as much as I can. I''m currently travelling, and can't find the same level and depth of flow yet. I will definitely keep looking, and I am still getting something beautiful from my practise every day here, but I really miss YogaZone. The teachers are excellent, the music is on point, the studio is always clean and has a happy feel. One of the phrases I hear there most is 'This is yoga practise. No matter who you are or how flexible or inflexible you are, this is your practise and you do as much as you can.'

So grateful that this studio has re-opened in such a convenient location. Warm, professional teachers and a wonderful, welcoming environment. Every class a real treat, the studio is always clean and Yogazone has become an integral part of my routine.

Yoga Zone was the first professional yoga studio that I visited. From the first class I attended, I walked out with the most radiant smile. The teachers are magnificent and brilliant. Practicing yoga has taught me so much about myself, my body, spirit and mind. I have visited other yoga studios, but there really is no place like Yoga Zone. The best in Cape Town. Definitely try it out, once you do, you will become addicted. Addicted to sweat.

The 200hour Yoga Teacher Training course at the Yoga Zone was the highlight of my year last year!!! I am forever enriched by the Yoga Philosophy (my fave), the daily guided meditation sessions with Oprah & Deepak and the introduction to the different types of Yoga through dedicated and devoted senior Yoga Teachers. The facilities are modern, spacious and sterile. I recommend this course to anyone looking for personal growth and self- development.

I received a warm, friendly welcome from the very first time & every other time since I first stepped into Yoga Zones studio in 2003 for my first Bikram class. Over the years the level of teaching & variety of teachers has maintained an incredibly high standard, I’ve learnt so much from all the teachers over the years with the consistency of Fulvio, the studio owner running a professional, friendly & reliable place to practice. Attending a class at Yoga Zone often ‘renews’ me after a tough day! To add to the studio offering, allthough I’ve attended a couple of Yoga Retreats before, this last w-end I joined the Wellington Retreat with Yoga Zone led by Elaine Siedel, an extremely experienced & dedicated Senior teacher. I highly recommend this enriching experience for new or experienced yogis. From the benefits of the daily classes, the wholesome food prepared & served as well as the relaxation time in nature’s surroundings along with some good company is an ideal formula. Namaste Yoga Zone - you’ll always hold a special place within me.

I am so happy that I have found this warm, inviting space and a wonderful group of teachers who cater to all different age groups and interest levels of yoga and really make you feel like you are part of a tribe: supportive, loving, respectful, encouraging. The classes are challenging, yet fun, enlightening, invigorating, relaxing and much more and I certainly have acquired a mild addiction to their heated Vinyasa classes by now 😃 Owning and managing a yoga studio – esp. in these challenging times – is surely a labour of love. This yoga studio doesn't just have fantastic classes, led by brilliant teachers, but also has a warm, welcoming family feel which I haven't experienced anywhere else in Cape Town... It's kept me sane when nothing else could... Yogazone, I'd give you 100starts if I could!

In my experience the most welcoming and open hearted yoga centre in Cape Town. I travel a lot and its always great to be back at the Yoga Zone with their beautiful, well-kept studio and fantastic group of teachers. Love the location too. Keep it going another 16 years Yoga Zone. We love you.

I have been going to Yogazone for fifteen years - almost as long as it has been open. I have tried them all but have never found a studio in Cape Town as inclusive, as democratic and as friendly as Yogazone. They have always welcomed everybody in, irrespective of size, shape, colour, orientation and whether or not you could touch your toes. It is not only their exceptional teachers and consistently high quality of teaching that keep me coming back - Yogazone is like family.

I have been going to YogaZone on and off for 10 years. It’s definitely my favorite studio that has stood the test of time. 17 years strong and as awesome as ever. Since YogaZone has relocated to such a convenient beautiful location, I practice there full time again. The environment is so welcoming and the quality of teachers & classes are superb! The studio is filled with regulars from years ago as well as new students from near and far. Definitely a must for anyone looking for a friendly and professional studio that caters for all levels of yoga .
