What an amazing experience with Adventure Sports and Tours!!! It was my first time Rock climbing and I am glad Haadin was my instructor. It was challenging, fun and very informative. I look forward to many more 'firsts' with Adventure Sports and Tours.

I have used @adventuresports4u for numerous activities and airport transfers. He professionals and gives a great local flavour that adds to the experience. He has excellent knowledge of the area as well as the chosen activity. Mountain climbing was my most memorable experience as I am generally afraid of heights but he was able calm me calm and coach me through the activity. He instills confidence in all the adrenaline sports such as rock climbing, mountain biking, sandboarding and kayaking. Will definitely recommend for future activities and team building events.

I’ve been on many adventures with Adventure Sports. From sandy cracks while sand boarding to thrilling descents while mountain biking. Taking a dip in the cool refreshing river on one of their River rafting trips and being on top of the world while hiking the many mountains in Cape Town. I never dreamed I would be on top of Lion’s head. Thanks to Adventure sports social hiking group I conquered lion’s head & Silvermine just to name a few. Our weekly hikes was always a good way to end off a busy week. I even tried my hand at mountain biking. It was a bit scary coming down but lots of fun. Guides are knowledgeable, experienced and always giving encouragement when the hike gets a bit tough.

I have a fabulous trip with my tour guide, Haddin. He is very knowledge, nice and friendly. What today's tour impresed me the mosr is I will visit a local school. This enables me to have a deeper understanding of authentic South Africa.

Myself and my Husband had an awesome time Rock climbing. Both beginners but hubby made it look so easy. The instructors were absolutely amazing. Very patient and reassured me all the time when I felt like I couldn't go further. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Next on the list "River Rafting".

Haadin was really nice, he took us on a Cape Town tour for half a day managing to schedule a trip around all amenities we still didn't have the chance to see in previous days, such as Castle of Good Hope, Bo Kaap, Company's Garden, Green Market Square, Signal Hill and Camp's Bay. Haadin is really passionate in what he does, and can explain both historical and curious stuff related to Cape Town and South Africa! Thanks again for the amazing tour Haadin!

We had a last minute request for a guide to take us to Boulder Beach to see the penguins. Haadin was simply great! Very knowledgeable about the penguin habitat, as well as the history of Cape Town. I would absolutely recommend him as a guide while you are in town!

Haadin was an amazing guide for my wife and I on our hike at Table Mountain! We are avid hikers visiting from the US and our experience with him lived up to what we thought the hikes could be! He was a knowledgeable guide with great insights on the mountain and chose a good route for us. It was an awesome day, highly recommend this company if you are looking to for an authentic hike.

I had the most beautiful experience with Adventure Sports and Tours. It was our first time sandboarding but within 5min we had mastered the skill. The team was very friendly and professional at the same time. Will definitely use their services for my future planned adventures 😀

Great guide in the dunes. Very helpful getting everyone up and running. I'd suggest taking lots of water in the summer sun. The two hours flew by with all the fun we were having. You get an great experience and the views on the dunes are something pretty unique and well worth it.

The guides had a real chill vibe, and were easy to communicate with Went for my birthday with friends and fam, had a great time sandboarding on the dunes🤩 Was already my second outing there with 'em and i would happily go again in a heartbeat💓

The adventure 4U crew were very helpful and accommodating getting me a spot for rock climbing despite my limited time. Good clear ground instruction followed and a sharp learning curve as I proceeded to try routes of increasing difficulty under expert guidance. I left with a tired body having learnt a lot in a short time.

Sand boarding was amazing. My husband caught on way quicker than I did, but Haadin made sure that I got the hang of it and made the day enjoyable for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the sandboarding experience, it was nice to have other people in your company who would also fail as badly as you did. The entire atmosphere was friendly and fun...would love to do it again!

What a fun experience! Four of us went sand boarding and one of us was a spectator. We had a great time. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very responsive to our questions before the event so we were well prepared. I highly recommend using this company for your adventure!!!!

I had thee most amazing experience Sandboarding with the team of Adventure Sports & Tours 4 u! They were great teachers and were patient with all of us and even gave us a complimentary bum boarding lesson which was so much fun! Definitely an adventure worth trying & learning, so much fun indeed!
