The person in charge of this clinic must step up to the plate were hygiene is concern especially the outside area. The taxi drivers and vagrants urinate and difercate outside of the entrance making it a health hazard. Surely arrangements can be made with the CCT water tanker to clean up y and law enforcement to be visible at all times to prevent these foolish taxi drivers especially who are so

Never had such a poor service😡!!!! They dont how to work with people. Went for my 6weeks postpartum checkup first they are too slow ..l was there when they opened at 7.30am was the second person in the queue but l was attended around 10.00 am, lets say l did not have an appointment OK FINE. It was my first time there the sister who attended me and my little one gave me a date for our next appointment but did not give us the time nor did she tell us where to get the time for the appointment maybe she assumed l knew but l did not. Come my next appointment l went there early as usual, they told me l didn’t have an appointment cause l wasnt given time to come that day . They could have put me together with the people who didn’t have appointments but because she was lazy she didn’t want to do her job that day she said there is enough people for today can you come back tomorrow and refused to give me am appointment for that tomorrow saying its okay if you just come early that will be enough ,for the third time l went ,found the same sister telling me she could not attend to us again now she gave me an appointment for the following week....REALLY? All this time was it so hard to do ? They couldn’t just attend to my LO because they didn’t want to they thought she is extra job for which reason ldk. I think they are just lazy stupid and no matter how long the have worked in clinics they dont just seem to have a purpose . SO DISGUSTING

Such utter disgust. I had come one day prior to my appointment date for both myself (FP) and my baby boy(immunization) only to be turned back rudely so by a Zulu lady who stands at the door. After begging to be assisted but with no luck, I had agreed to cancel my date but not my baby's. Well the following day I asked my elderly mother to take my son for his immunization only for her to not be attended until the last hour even though she arrived before her 10:30 appointment. There my 69 year ol mother and 1year old son tirednd hungry wait for assistance with everyone around them laughing at them. My heart is shattered knowing that as a tax payer and a citizen of this country, I'm treated like this. Well I hope my son's cries because of hunger made u feel better. I hope you are not mother's yourselves that no one can do that to your children. I understand making me suffer but putting and innocent child in the mix?! May God deal with you accordingly because you claim to prioritize people's healths but u failed to prioritize a baby's. Sies on you. And may you get what you deserve. Ezam inyembezi aziweli phantsi.

Very rough nurses who show no respect to patients what so ever

Totally disgusted with this clinic and staff!!! Cruel and rude bunch of people except the security… I was due for a family planning 16 June 2022 so went to Wynberg clinic and asked if they could help me because it’s my date today though I didn’t have the appointment there, showed them all the evidence in my card mind you the clinic is TOTALLY EMPTY, 0 patients I MEAN 0 begged them to assist me 😭😭 all they did was to tell me that it’s youth clinic on a Friday so they can’t help me THEY ARE WAITING for kids to knock off at school. It was around 12 at that, literally begged them to assist me it’s there’s no one yet, this lady told I should wait they will assist after 3 ! Never been this disgusted😭 turned back without help while the clinic was totally empty

Terrible service had to do 3 month injection which was due on 22 November they wanted to give me a date for 2nd of December totally unacceptable. First time I visited coz was low on cash, coz used to pay for it, only coz Clinic in my area has closed totally.They first put they under the impression they were gonna help me then just to give me a unacceptable response like this, telling me they fully booked.

I had an appointment for 11:30 arrived on time,was called in at about 12:00 for the child's weight after that was sitting in the waiting area until past 15:00

Absolutely unpleasant service from one of the nurse gota or something , being physical , typically abusing the child whom we came with sick , im a Healthcare personel we are tought compassionate if you are a nurse n cant do that its disgusting, Absolutely gutted she was rude and not even complying , its a children clinic for heavens sake be kind be examplary to kids you rending your service to
