Great place for muffins and sweet treats. Customer service is amazing and they have chairs outside for you to sit on. The store is very small and cozy and they have all types of products you can need!! Great place for cakes, cupcakes, muffins, chocolates, drinks and sweets!! 🙂

Finally a Woolies Food outlet offering the same customer service one has come to expect from the Woolworths of Yesteryear but that one rarely experiences from the Woolworths of Today. A rare gem hidden amongst the troves of Woolworths that don't know how to even spell Customer care let alone deliver it. Ill be reviewing a number of Woolies stores in the Western Cape to bring to the attention of senior management and customers alike about the bad state of affairs a lot of their other branches are in pertaining to their customer service track record, this Woolies how ever gets my thumbs up. A rarity for Woolies in today's market, unfortunately.

Dankie Foreshore team !! You jumped in to assist someone who really need urgent medical attention this afternoon in your shop!! Thank you team for going out of your way, doing everything you needed to do to make sure that my brother got the assistance he desperately needed when it mattered most. You did save his life and for that we are very grateful. May the dear Lord bless you all.

Very friendly staff! I accidentally knocked over some plants. Apologized to the guy standing there shame he was so polite in saying no mam its not your fault when in actual fact it was.

The baked goods are amazing 🥹♥️ And the ready meals are just fantastic and makes it easier for days when I don’t make lunch at home😂

Love this little Woolies, I always pop by to get healthy snacks and get-well-soon flowers just before visiting hours at the Chris Barnard hospital. Its situated a couple steps from the entrance to the hospital, so very convenient! It’s a smaller location, so don’t expect to find every type of vegetable or meat variant. But it’s great for picking up last minute supper, avoiding traffic and picking a couple grocery and toiletry things on the way home.

Nice woolies branch for ready to eat meals. They have a good selection of of heat and eat meals and snacks. Biscuits and cookies isle needs some attention, not enough to choose from. But everything else is good.

Nice shop with bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables, baverages, sandwiches, all you need as a tourist. A bit expensive.

Nicely tucked away withing walking distance a stones throw actually from Christian Barnard hospital. Stopped there for a dougnut and a coffee. Both were very enjoyable.

Although convenient, there are no gluten-free options in the bread section or at the hot food counter. I did mention this to the manager, let's hope it's no longer the case

Randomly popped in here for a pie after 7am since food lovers was still baking at that time. The woolies pie was overall better than food lovers so will be popping in more often here in future since their pies are ready already.

Excellent service! Deprived of 5th star only because of expiration date on veggies that caused inconvenience.

Great snacks for a quick bite. Lovely bakery and coffee. But ... found no berries of any kind on the shelves. Obviously an item they don't stock.

The cashiers or checkout staff are by far the worst I've come across in Cape Town. They are consistently unfriendly and at times kind of rude and have no understanding of customer service nor do they possess people skills which is so integral in today's challenging environments. In stark contrast to the young security guard at the front entrance who is exemplary in his duties and equally some of the senior managers are always helpful and approachable.
