They
lack
customer
service.
I
think
this
is
a
problem
accross
the
brand.
This
store
in
particular
is
very
bad,
staff
are
unfriendly,
unhelpful
and
on
their
own
mission.
It
seems
like
they're
doing
us
all
a
huge
favour.
I
went
in
there
to
exchange
a
pants
-
firstly
they
opened
late
because
of
training.
This
was
surely
not
customer
service
training!
When
they
eventually
opened
knot
even
at
the
time
they
said
they
would),
staff
were
sitting
around
and
they
were
completely
disorganized.
I
eventually
got
to
the
cashier
to
do
the
transaction,
she
then
asks
for
authorization
and
the
supervisor/manager
is
right
next
to
her
but
first
had
to
complete
all
her
admin
before
punching
in
the
code.
They
can
definitely
do
better.
There
is
so
much
potential
to
do
and
be
better.
Other
stores
at
least
try.
A
suggestion
is
to
slow
down
on
the
systems
training
and
perhaps
invest
in
customer
service
training
instead.
