They lack customer service. I think this is a problem accross the brand. This store in particular is very bad, staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and on their own mission. It seems like they're doing us all a huge favour. I went in there to exchange a pants - firstly they opened late because of training. This was surely not customer service training! When they eventually opened knot even at the time they said they would), staff were sitting around and they were completely disorganized. I eventually got to the cashier to do the transaction, she then asks for authorization and the supervisor/manager is right next to her but first had to complete all her admin before punching in the code. They can definitely do better. There is so much potential to do and be better. Other stores at least try. A suggestion is to slow down on the systems training and perhaps invest in customer service training instead. 😡

Good service and there's more items to choose from now that they added more shelf space. Only problem is that the times I've been there the service at the till is slow. Last time I stood in the line for more than 20 minutes

I really do like Mr Price , but the slow moving cash tills are the bain of anyones existence. Here's a tip for you staff, assign one person to open up accounts only for clients.. That will free up other tills for cash or swiping clients, then the queu will flow, also have someone check the line and the items to see if all tags are on..so it doesnt waste more time, just assist the lazy customers who dont check the tags are on. ... Plus the rearrangement of the shop is not very good.. Its placing good stuff out of sight of customers.

We served by Aviwe who did no seem happy to be doing her job,and I wanted to put a laybye just to be told that the laybye system is offline,and the lady next to us did a laybye,we then asked another staff member who was surprised to learn that the system.was off.Aviwe is not a person for customer service maybe she will be good in merchandise

Very slow, I went to the shop to exchange my jeans I stood in the queue for more than 10 minutes. Just to be assisted and to find out that the system did not check that both jeans were on promotion. They had to call someone to check via the iPad who also took their own sweet time before she could bring the items... Just for the manager not to answer eventually when asked to void as both jeans were on promotion... They need to work on their customer service skills as it's really bad and I had a very bad experience as I was rushing to get to my transport...

Despite nightmare-ish queues and endlessly slow cashiers. MRP Adderley St goes way beyond ordinary customer support proving once again that customer service is key to any businesses success no matter it's perceived inequities. Excellent customer care.

Queu was very long with only 2 cashiers, I stood in the que for morethan 30 minutes. It's rediculous and the manager did not do anything about it.

This is probably the worst Mr Price branch I’ve ever visited. There were about 20+ customers waiting in line, with roughly seven cashiers at the desk and only three of them were working. They are unprofessional and have no regard for customers at all. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
