This is pathetic. As a Respondent, it took me two months to get a copy of the CSOS Act to defend my case. I received it a week after the matter was closed!!!! Did you try to call them? After 12:00 nobody ever answers, they NEVER return messages when you do get through and they NEVER respond to email queries either. Most government institutions are as pathetic as can be, but the CSOS top them all !!!

Such a safe environment to be and it's quiet, you are free to go visit any given moment you go for your business occasions, you are most welcome 🤲

Was at Gems. Lady there was very helpful n professional. Only problem in this area is parking. You are lucky if u get one

When you have a rental or lease case where you have been treated unfairly, CSOS takes great care in assisting you with your matter. Our representative was extremely supportive throughout our process and provided a transparent way forward. We felt assured and had peace of mind that our best interests were being looked out for.

No place to visit...only office block ,for legal pursuit of human rights, and other serious stuff.not on any visitors list. No P.R. office, so youll get nowhere asking anything..

They promised to give feedback after 10 days - today is day the 39th working day and they have not given any help or answer and people are getting sick of worry in this retirement village and we do not know where to go anymore!

Received a letter from CSOS that said "Please note if you have already completed the prescribed application form, your matter will be referred to the respective provincial office which will contact you within 10 business days." BUT only 6 months later did anyone make any contact. Why are we paying towards this fund when it clearly is not working ?
