If I could give you Zero I would. My friend and I ordered two beers. After a while a guy Alaskis or whatever his name is came and told us to move. We refused because we were comfortable where we were. Then he ordered us to move or he would refund us. After agreeing that we would be refunded he refuses to refund us and tells me to go if I want. Please guys don't be moved by the reviews you see. They are pathetic and don't have any proper customer service. I will definitely take this further because we left angry and de-valued as female paying customers. Stay away. This place will rob you.

I love their gin selection, you cannot come to Cape Town and miss their Ribs, surely they should coach all chefs here in long street. Purely, grateful for the awesome service, Greenwood and Pogba my best.

Fun shisha lounge, cool aesthetic, 10/10 service from all the waiters. It was amazing and refreshing to be served by the 2 gentlemen and lady - wish I took their names. Food was great, we had calamari mains, pizza and burgers and the food was consistently delicious. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and come again!

I really don't like giving bad reviews and would rather give places another go, but I have to warn other people (especially females), stay away from this place (and their sister establishment). My friend and I have been loyal customers for some time, but they keep disappointing and not improving at all. For starters, there is ZERO safety at this place. The staff do very little about sketchy/drunk people bothering you, even if you're a group/pair of females! Yes, Long Street is generally unsafe, but this place doesn't seem to care about customer safety. They seem to only be interested in getting people in and keeping people in (even those people repeatedly harassing you), and they only "intervene" when it gets bad. Also the last time my friend and I went they mixed us a horrible "mocktail"- they insisted they can't mix cocktails after 12am, which has never happened before, and they still charged the price for the cocktail. Absolute rip off, especially since they charge a service fee for such terrible service. This was the last straw for me and my friend, and we will never return.

Had the best service the staff was extremely friendly especially Simba who took great care of us. Food was amazing as well, I totally recommend.

Normally go there for drinks from time to time and I love it!! There's an amazing vibe and service, definitely would recommend for a night out not to mention the great server Allan who always makes my experience a blast!.

I actually wish I could make it a zero star. I as a female felt devalued and devalued as a customer. We were made to leave our seating because they wanted to accommodate other people on the seating. They spoke to the men next to us to also move but they refused, when we proceeded to do the same, they then said they’d give us a refund for our drinks but as we moved they ignored us and gave us so much attitude. I’m appalled and disappointed by this and never wish to step in this place again.

Calm and Collected Mid day,, excellent service, initially wanted to spend 30 mins but that became 2 hrs,Fabulous.
