The receptionists at maitland hospital needs to be fired she is rude she is not patient and she banged the door at my face after I gave her my son folder an hour ago.The pharmacist went to reception to go get a folder of a man I came with at the same time because he was of the same colour but left mine even when I asked him to bring all the folders . This type of behaviour is disgusting because just as they where at work I was also needed to go to work.

Nurses and Dr are amazing there. I was unfortunately not working and needed to see a psychiatrist he would not help me said I'm blocking the system which I understand bt Ry if someone needs mental health dnt turn them away and make them feel worthless like the this psychiatrist then you are in the wrong profession.

These people are great, individually and as a team. public health places are usually busy but once its your time, the service provided was professional, quick, thorough and decidedly patient centered.

The service is always good the doctors and nurses and all staff know what they are doing

People sitting outside in the cold and rain. U goin to hospital with a problem. When U done ther or while U waiting U develop another problem. 95% of staff should be educated in treating people with sympathy and dignity. Why are Sisters and Nurses doing Doctor's work?

Although it was a long wait, what a wonderful expierence! From the nurses, to the doctor to the pharmacist. Everyone was so kind and especially the lady doctor. Will go there again. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Like all public clinics, you need to be patient, and if your kids come along, have snacks, and a fylly charged phonr to keep them or yourself busy. Service is given as quick as possible. I would NOT go to any other clinic. The toilets needs upgrading. Its my only negative, otherwise, the service exceeds their lack of mentioned issue. Very friendly helpful staff. Never thought I would experience the *Nightingale oath* again. Wonderful. Maitland clinic staff it was the greatest pleasure to use the toilet, I was wonderfully surprised.. 😍😍😍😍🌹🌹🌹👏👏👏👏👏👏
