Yoh the security is so Rude, never seen such a rude women my whole life and that guy just let's her talk to people however she wants, disgusting for a place that is supposed to be helping people ..don't even get me on the rude pharmacists...worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!?!!!??!

Organized, yes, its a State Medical Facility, expect to wait, remember how you treat those people working there is the way you will be treated, at the end of the day, they are doing their JOB, and following rules set out for them. Don’t complicate things by wanting it your way. Pharmacy Manager Moosa is a real gift to the centre.

There is no professionalism at all, nurses doctors are on lunch almost all day long I wonder why the clinic managers never do something about this. The other stuff is just rude they will tell you wait until lunch is over from 9 am till 3pm. Very disgusting attitude s and the worst clinic.

An absolute disgrace. Tried to phone numerous times over a period of a few days for information. When they did finally answer, got conflicting info - including one call just being cut. Apparently they can only take 'bookings' on the phone from 1pm-2pm. There is no information on their website - and you have to queue for hours just to be told to come back another day. My char stood in a queue from 6:30 until 10:30 (with all documents she was told to bring from the first visit) and when she got to the front, she was told her proof of address (affidavit) wasn't good enough and turned away. Staff are rude, unsympathetic and give half-baked information... Shameful!

The big guy in the baby clinic is so laid back, lazy and slow, he's also very rude. That guy needs to be changed.

The Children's section is poorly coordinated and badly run.Arrived today 25 July 2022 on Monday and there is no lead sister/ nurse so people with infants where just sitting on the cols plus the nurses are a bit rude

The doctors are amazing,God sent,the clinicall nurses are a blessing The reception people very rude not friendly at all,the nurses in testing room unbelievably rude,the guy in childrens clinic who used to bd in TB deoartment dowa not even deserve to work in Healthy industry,he is sp rude,unkind,look down on people,he behave like he is the boss,Make peole sing to him if ypi say know he is so rude,he atttacks.I dont know he end up working there.he must find another carrier

I am 23 weeks pregnant and was referred to the New Somerset Hospital by my area clinic to give birth in May 2023. And also to attend regular check up's at the Antenatal clinic. Toda, I had an appointment at New Somerset hospital for an ultrasound. I asked if I could please see a doctor as I have developed boils under my arm (they are the size of a golf ball). Julian at the Antenatal clinic advised me to go to the Green point clinic because it's closer and since I'm in the area it shouldn't be a problem. I walked over to the clinic. Signed in at the gate and waited to be helped at the reception desk. I asked the receptionist if I could please see a doctor. My boils are sore and paining. I don't get much sleep at night because of the pain. The response of the receptionist (fair of completion, bleached blonde hair and overweight) was rude, she sounded annoyed with my request and in a hurry to get me to leave. I find her behavior unacceptable. I urgently required medical attention and was denied based on what? The receptionist bad attitude for the day???? This is ridiculous and the honestly need to find someone who loves working with people at their reception area and leave the lady at counter 1 in the back office filling paperwork. She's clearly unhappy with her job and needs therapy.

Couldnt book an appointment over the phone, because i dont have proof of address,their system shows i was in dunoon clinic on the 4th of june 2021.I stay in greenpoint now and i always take my child to this clinic for her immunisation.i wanted to book for both of us,same date if possible.

Green point clinic is one of the best clinic IV been too the nurse are very helpful and the doctor my mother Norma Nel and me myself muriva Bailey give it five stars. The new manager anette Neethling is very helpful too she knows how too run the clinic well done anette Neethling you doing a good job.

On Monday I visited the clinic, and although they were unable to attend to my request, two staff members really showed empathy and understanding. Thus I arrived in tears and left feeling heard and cared for. They are both the ideal medical care givers. Thank you Thqbani Somboko and Portia Pezisa. I find this clinic excellent, and will at a later stage, give more names and experiences.

No use going in the morning thinking you will finish early. I got to the clinic at 7:45, by be 3pm I am still here. Sat 2 hours waiting for medication at the pharmacy and people who came after me got their medication first. The people at the pharmacy are not serious about but heir job

Baby department the guy who was in charge very rude it was my first time but I was disappointed I stay that side but I can’t go again there I take Uber spending R299 to go where they treat me well , security very rude he does not know how to welcome people . May God help you to change .

There is a man sitting here that is struggling to breathe but the nurse said since he does not have an appointment he will not get assisted
