I
like
coming
here
for
a
month
or
two
at
a
time,
to
experience
the
challenge
of
being
present
in
such
heat
and
often
very
full
classes
...the
mindful
practice
of
not
reacting
(as
I'm
naturally
claustrophobic
&
don't
like
crowds
at
all)
yet
find
myself
able
to
practice
here...which
is
a
good
sign!
I
don't
mind
music
during
practice.
Sometimes
it's
a
great
partner.
I
truly
enjoy
many
of
the
classes
here
and
try
to
get
a
daily
class
at
least
5
-
6
times
a
week.
It's
therapy
on
many
levels.
I
do
like
this
place
and
ofcource
have
my
preferred
instructors
to
choose
from,
as
there
is
a
varied
and
generous
timetable.
Of
course,
for
my
personal
yoga
journey
I
do
not
depend
or
prefer
any
particular
yoga
studio
long
term,
and
definitely
not
into
getting
addicted
to
heated
yoga,
or
the
trending
vinyasa
styles.
I
believe
that
a
varied
practice
is
essential
for
evolving,
be
that
dance
or
yoga,
so
not
just
attending
one
organisation
or
type
of
practice
long
term.
So
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
myself
repeatedly
returning
here.
It's
my
current
place
or
phase
one
could
say....and
I
haven't
tired
yet.
It's
certainly
very
popular.
I
recommend
practicing
here
if
one
has
a
relatively
strong
foundational
asana
practice
with
a
bit
more
than
a
basic
core
knowledge
of
yoga
alignment
and
posture.
It's
not
the
rule,
just
my
opinion
in
regards
to
training
regularly
in
heated
yoga
flow.
I
personally
don't
believe
in
too
much
repetition
of
the
same
old
long
term.
That's
my
somatic/
Feldenkrais,
neuro
plasticity
mind
frame
thought.
With
YogaLife
you
know
more
or
less
what
your
coming
to
as
they
have
a
formula
that
works
well.
It's
my
chosen
place
for
now
to
practice.
It's
not
for
everyone.
Yoga
practice
&
training
offerings
are
very
varied
and
people
need
to
find
what
suits
them
&
then
explore
some
less
comfortable
settings
if
one
has
the
courage
and
open
mind
to
be
cool
in
some
levels
of
discomfort.
