I Love Coffee is a social enterprise that trains and employees people from the Deaf community. They roast their own coffee and have an amazing bakery. Everything from butter croissants to gourmet pies, eggs benedict on their own sourdough as well as a selection of filled sandwiches and salads. You can learn to sign for your coffee and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Don't be put off by their location. Lots of free parking too

This is a really lovely little coffee shop. Coffee is delish, and the tarts were scrumptious. It just lacked a little bit more vibe and atmosphere.

What a great find. Looking for some place different from our usual haunts, we popped into ILOVECOFFEE on a whim. They have a small but very yummy menu. Yet when you walk into the shop, there are SO many more goodies to choose from (the homemade pies are a definite winner). Just be aware, some of the staff are hearing impaired, and this is were the fun comes in. Follow the links on the menu for lessons in sign language. πŸ‘

Only my second time and I love it! Had the sesame chicken poke bowl and I was not disappointed. I love the community upliftment aspect of this cafe πŸ’œ

Possibly the best coffee I've ever tasted!! They roast it themselves and you can tell - it's delicious! Also a FANTASTIC selection of pastries, breads, pies and quiches. No favourites - everything is great!!!!!

Divine spot for coffee or a meeting. Coffee was brilliant service was excellent. Because the waiters use sign language it really reminds you slow down, look people in the eye and be in the moment. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Such a great experience. Bakery and coffee roastery close to Kenilworth Shopping Centre. Sourdough, french loaf, brown and white to name a few options for bread available. Feel free to also add something for your sweet tooth from the beautiful display of cakes and other baked goods. While you are at it make sure to get some coffee beans or ground coffee to take home afterwards. Parking is available in front of the building or else within a short walk from the coffee shop. Service from the staff is exceptional and truly a unique experience. Make sure to visit soon.

Always enjoy my visit and support their cause they stand for. Looking forward to visiting when alterations are complete. Service was friendly and helpful But chips served with pie were dregs under the top layer. Cheese cake was splendid however for R75 it was so thin. Next time I'm gonna cut it myself or rather not have. Please support them as I'm sure they will get better and better in the future.

What a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot. The team were very supportive and taught us how to sign our orders. The tv in the corner was cycling through some helpful sign language to learn over breakfast. The food was great - we ordered a chocolate croissant and one of the breakfast options. The coffee was excellent. Overall, its a really positive place and I highly recommend going.

Its okay. Open plan bakery where you can see how they make all baked goodies. Few dishes like breakfast and maybe 2 lunch dishes. I took a chicken and mayo sourdough sandwich with chips. It was basically only the toastie sandwich. The bread was nice but the chicken and mayo tasted like a 6yr old made it. No flavour, no spice not even the mayo was nice and the chips was very brown. Burnt oil taste. Not even a bit of salad, slice of tomato or any nice sauce. No sauce on the table. For R85.. Very bland Maybe if it had nice vibe or atmosphere, then the price could be acceptable. The only thing that was okay was the Mocha.

Absolutely love this place and it's concept. I even noticed the use of the recycled cans on the table...thats very creative and smart. I had the bagel and it was the BEST one I've had so far in Cape Town (and I've been to a lot of places). Fresh, tasty and made with so much love. My fiancΓ© had the sandwich and he enjoyed it. The chips was on another level though...juicy but not oily. So good that it didn't even need any sauce. The staff are always friendly and the vibe is always there! I even picked up some dog biscuits for my doggo as these were also made by the staff. Very creative and awesome! Thank you for the great experience. πŸ’• Keep on keeping on!

1st visit. Top class & the service was excellent despite the fact that it was a challenge to interact with me because I do not understand sign language at all. Despite that I still was impressed by the services rendered. Would love to visit more often. πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸ

Really impressed with this little find, such a lovely place to stop for a coffee and snack or sit and work (or both). Very nice spot, reasonably priced and with great freshlymade sweets and savouries, a huge supporter of the deaf community with most of their staff having some kind of hearing impairment. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing pastries, pies, breads. Salads, Coffees. Fresh juices. Sat out side. The bench I sat on had the hanging herb garden as my backrest, so could smell the fresh herbs all the time.
