    I’m a massive Simply Asia fan, order a couple times a week on Uber Eats from Woodstock and Pinelands Simply Asia. I can say with complete certainty that this is by FAR the WORST Simply Asia of them all, but even that is being kind. Waited 45 mins for two 514s and the food was a 2/10 if I’m being generous. VERY DISAPPOINTED that a Simply Asia in such a prominent location is being given license to destroy the brand’s reputation and possibly turn away lifelong customers like myself and those who experience the franchise for the first time at this terrible store, Simply Asia Waterfront.

    Just close shop… the staff are less than interested in serving it’s already few customers. You’re damaging the rest of the franchises as I for one will NEVER order Simply Asia from any store ever again. I waited 30min for 2 514’s and only received it after enquiring. It was standing ready for 15min already. “I was busy” … not acceptable, if you want to lie then make up some credible excuse, or simply apologize.

    Ordered a standard and medium 514 and both tasted bland. Tried calling, no answer. Absolutely useless. Worst simply Asia in the franchise.

    Fully agreed with all the previous comments that this store is ridiculously slow and cashier don’t seems to care. The chefs are ‘busy’ chatting and having their team building session. Waited 10mins to order to food with 2 people in front of me, 30mins for the food preparation, 10mins to finish the food. Would not have order here if I were to read to comment before.

    I don’t even know where to start. We went this morning to eat for dinner and after we finish ordering she told us it would be 15 minutes to wait..which she could have told us before, asian food in that style is so fast to do. So we left since we were in a hurry later that day we were hungry so we went again knowing it might take 15 minutes but we knew this time before ordering. The service is so bad there it’s unbelievable. She told us this time will take 25 minutes. We were hungry and all the other place around were way more crowded. This place had 2 clients before us already waiting for their food when we arrived. It took 40 minutes to get our food…this is insane this place is a fast food in a food court of a mall. How is it 40 minutes to make noodle and vegetable… and spring roll… I will never go back there after eating I was looking at the review and realized it’s always like this at this location… maybe they should hire more peoples or I don’t know because we went there to eat on our break and had to run back to work… because our break was already done by the time we went halfway through our plate.

    This is the only Simply Asia place that I have been to. The ordering experience was a bit strange as I needed to look for a pamphlet that was the complete menu of what could be ordered. The food took 30 mins to be ready. This is not expected for a restaurant in a food court. However, I went to another store to kill time but when I returned and asked If my order was ready and maybe I missed it, serve responded with "Just wait I haven't called anyone", not rude but not welcoming either as she didn't even want to check or hear my order number. However when I got the food, it was very delicious. The food here is really good, it's the customer service and speed of kitchen that needs to improve.

    If I could give a zero I would, waited 10mins for someone to come to the front desk to take our order while having a lovely conversation at the back of store, one the manager walked in they ran to the front

    Your staff don't care about clients, once they take your cash just wait now. I order foods 20.29hrs and has been told in 25mins and now 21.07hrs. Calculate the mins.

    Simply Asia waterfront is always busy so you have to wait quite a bit but it is worth it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They only have a few seats that belongs to them and that is a problem as the communal seating is never enough either. The food is always nice and hot, fresh and delicious.

    It doesnt taste like it used to be. I ordered Classic Pad Thai with Tofu, Thai Style. I specifically mentioned that to the Cashier and I received it as normal Pad Thai..plain very mild and too sweet. I need to ask chili powder and fresh cut chili. The cut chili definitely not fresh anymore, I can smell it its almost off. The cashier just sit there took the order without smile...such a pity! I used to be a loyal Customer..they lose the old touch. Not sure if I would buy again from the Waterfront ones.

    I bought a 514 with veg today and specifically asked for no cashew nuts as I am allergic. By the time I sat down to eat my food I opened up the box and there were cashew nuts in my food. I was too far away to return it back to the store. Very disappointed.

    There are reviews dating 6 months back reporting poor service, unfriendly frontline staff with poor knowledge, and long waiting times. I can confirm that all of the above is true. We witnessed and have video footage of sluggish and uninterested staff. This take away is by far the worst

    This is my first time trying out Thai food and I really like it. The flavors are strong and it’s perfectly done. But the orders were taking long like 30 mins or so but everything else was okay

    I came here during office hours... my meal 504 took 5 minutes with fresh produce as you can see everything is made in display. only take away dishes are given and you can sit in. during weekends it is too packed so call 20 minutes in advance. service is excellent. clean

    Meals were tasty however the cashier lacked knowledge and expertise in the following: Product knowledge regarding veg/tofu options - he did not know the veg at 1st hand and noted that its either tofu or veg however when we got out order we had both veg and tofu Product knowledge regarding spiciness - we were told Pad Thai does not have any spicy choice/variation and extra hotness is not an option - i then requested chilli separate which we never got with the order He was not knowledgeable about the menu and options at all which then made the ordering process unpleasant as we had to consistently guide him then also did not note how long the order will take for us to cxollect and when we checked in after 10minutes he noted it wasnt ready only for the order being on teh counter when we checked perhaps he needed assistance/support 10 November and still no contact from below outreach?

    Since the Asian chef has left. Orders are taking longer than usual. Waiting period is 30 min or even more. Today we ordered kiddies meal for my daughter. She took her usual. As soon as we got home she starting vomiting and having a very loose stool. She had food poisoning. The kitchen staff does not wear gloves when putting in the veggies. Will never order anything again form. Simply Asia waterfront. The staff takes their own time and never looks eager to serve you.

    The cashier was rude and definitely not in the mood for customers. The food was tasty, however for that price, it was definitely a too small portion. I am unsure whether I will return.

    Very very slow cashier. She was more interested in joking around with the delivery drivers than serving the clients. Spent 20 minutes in a 4 person queue waiting to pay for an order I already called in for.

    Cashier is very slow she looks very unhappy in her job she. She need to get het another job for example clean the toilets because she definitely not a front customer person. The staff making the food talks to much. The Owner you are losing customers pls open your eyes and change your staff especially the staff now Sunday 28 August 2022 at 1:47pm this staff is bringing your business down.

    The worst kitchen practices I have ever seen. Filthy. Staff touching their mouthes while touching food. Picking things up off the floor and not washing hands after. Yuck! Food safety guidelines ...ever heard of them @simplyasiamanagment. Staff training much needed here!!!!
