Spent an entire week. Loved it and would definitely return. Room was spotless, fixtures modern, breakfast was fantastic with cereals, fruit, juices, custom egg orders, beautiful table settings with linen, very friendly service, and magnificent views. Espresso machines, fruit bowls, pools, garden with boardwalks, fish streams, and shade trees, all with views of the ocean and then "Apostles!". Much better than the bigger places downtown or even in Camps Bay. You can walk to Camps Bay in 10 minutes. Everything was just right!!!

A place centrally located, but still not in the middle. Excellent staff try to fulfil every wish quickly. The rooms have an impressive view and the complex is well-maintained. You can also look forward to breakfast every day. Simply to feel good 😊

Amazing staff, beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast. This was a fantastic place to stay if you want something a little more quiet than downtown Cape Town. We had beautiful views of the ocean (with colorful sunsets) and the mountains. A great place to stay!!!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, views were second to none. Staff were amazing, especially Wilson in the bar, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was fantastic.

The rooms are fantastic and the views across the ocean and the mountains are breathtaking. I found the service a bit lacking in personality and didn't live up to the price tag.

Ovens View House was beautiful. I’ll definitely be back. The property was beautiful, the room was amazing, clean, the staff were super friendly. We booked and cancelled and rebooked several times due to Covid restrictions and every time Mark make sure the process was smooth and seamless. Thank you! We will be back. Ocean View House is an amazing guesthouse set in the most stunning location. The lush gardens at the front of the property ensures minimal road noise with the beautiful Atlantic ocean a stone throw away and running behind the guesthouse one can view the majestic 12 Apostle mountain range. The guesthouse is really well laid out, tranquil and only a few minutes’ walk to the bustling Camps Bay strip. Room 20, the Panorama Suite is incredible with the most spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and gardens. The spacious room with large veranda is well decorated, modern and comfortable. All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is scrumptious. This guesthouse is well worth a visit and highly recommended.

Omg, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The shower had 2 shower heads! The balcony view of the ocean was incredible. The staff were the nicest, most helpful people who went above and beyond to help us. They give out cute little cards every evening that say the weather forecast for the next day, accompanied by a chocolate. They roast their own coffee beans for breakfast. Please stay here, I just want you to be happy.

My partner and I returned to Ocean View House one year later this past festive season and this time it was for our honeymoon. Once again, the staff and service was out of this world. I would especially like to thank the reservations manager, Mark, who was always available for assistance and went above and beyond to make our short stay memorable and special- as if the gorgeous rooms and breathtaking views weren’t already enough! Ocean View House Team, you are amazing and we will ALWAYS be back! Highly recommend this beautiful place. It is without a doubt TOP OF THE LIST in the whole of Camps Bay! Love, Ute & Carolina.

Great experience staying at Ocean View House- extremely helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel itself is well maintained with excellent rooms and amazing 360 vistas with the ocean view, as well as the 12 Apostles behind. Mark and Supreme in particular went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. Nothing relating to the hotel, but my only gripe location wise would probably be the lack of eating spots in the area. Bootlegger is great especially for lunch, but in the evening the kitchen closes at 5:30. Camps Bay is only a 15 min walk so fine for lunch, but you probably don't want to be walking it at night and Uber/Taxis are loathe to drive the short 3 minute journey.

It was great place with high level of privacy! but the service is not that much because There’s no phone to call reception I have to go there whenever I need something. And they are not available 24hrs only from 7am to 7pm. The breakfast is okay not great. Other than that I recommend it and I might repeat it!

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon at the end of July. It is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The views were amazing. The breakfast was unreal. We would definitely stay here again.
