Great place to stay, but the location is crowded....

This hotel is very beautiful and elegant. There are swimming pools and umbrellas for sun protection. There is Wi-Fi and internet connection. There are adequate services from the staff. This is a very good thing and access to it does not require waiting.

We stayed at the beautifully decorated lobby for a drink at the Paramo lounge. Totally recommended.

Shopping places and necessities were all nearby to walk places, the accommodation itself was royalty treatment. Pleasant stay indeed!!!

This is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty water, toilet peed and splashed, carpet has never been cleaned. It's not vintage, it's old and dacayed. The staff, they can't do much but in top of that, they're not nice. Parking is very problematic, has to pay every single time you go out and make a long line to pay. Everything's disgusting inside the room.

It's a great hotel with nice & big rooms but the rooms are missing basic items such as info package no stationary or pens. No WiFi... If you request wifi it's $25 per night. Restaurants are still mot open. I am surprised as Meliá was a great hotel few years ago.

I went to a Health Convention, it was great, and had a nice space for the conferences.

Decent enough lodgings with very attentive multilingual staff, the pool, gym and spa are also fantastic.

Lovely hotel with antique interior designs and furniture. Service is top rated with staff always friendly and willing to assist. Many speak english. Rooms however lacked what are now considered basic amenities. No iron neither kettles in the room. Safety deposit boxes were non functional. We had to request these things and apparently they seened to be in limited supply. This hotel is rated as 4 5 stars. Internet connection dropped constantly on the 12 floor and was non existent in the lobby. Restaurant is room service only except for buffet breakfast.

They hotel is not vintage is old and decay. Severe humidity in all the room and penetrating humidity smell.

I usually stay at the eurobuilding but during this trip they were fully booked. First impressions as you walk in to reception is a great gatsbyesque decor. The hospitality from everyone at the hotel was up to standards. The hotel's decor was outdated and the pool area did not have a welcoming feel to it. The room service menu was very basic and with few options, as was the buffet.Menu was repetitive day in and day out. Most people staying at the hotel seem to be government employees and many military and police officials, it can feel uncomfortable especially considering the political unrest the country is going through. Would not stay there again.

Melia is real falling, the hotel is expensive but as clean as a road hotel. Dirty, spiderwebs.... I imagine employee is doing its best but not enough. The food is really expensive ( 25$ burger no cocacola) iits for me. Better eat in meson del pollo Better prices and experience

It is terrible and filthy! No room service and the most expensive club sandwich in the world. I strongly recommend not to book a room here. Business center is out of order years ago. Poor internet.

It's a great hotel with excellent rooms & facilities. Hotel needs to open its restaurants. WiFi is still not available in most of the hotel area. Bathrooms need to be better stocked The room should be cleaned after the guest leaves not while the guest is in the room.
