I
ended
up
receiving
the
insoles
I
was
waiting
for,
but
they
weren't
good.
Lucas
from
Pés
Sem
Dor
contacted
me
and
gave
me
all
the
assistance
in
the
case,
but
I
chose
to
return
all
the
products.
Lucas
was
extremely
attentive
and
the
company
returned
my
money
without
any
complications.
At
this
point
I
must
applaud
her,
and
for
that
I
have
increased
my
original
rating
from
one
star
to
three.
The
service
for
my
problem
was
5
stars,
but
all
the
trouble
I
went
through
to
get
this
service
remains
1
star.
So
I
took
an
average.
Thank
you
especially
to
Lucas
from
Pés
Sem
Dor
for
all
the
attention
and
support
he
gave
me.
He
really
was
amazing!

Very
bad
service.
First,
my
insoles
did
not
fit
my
foot,
so
I
went
to
the
unit
on
Rua
Ribeirão
Preto
in
SP
on
03/06/2019
to
request
the
adjustment
and
it
was
agreed
that
they
would
be
delivered
to
me
via
mail.
The
insoles
had
been
ready
since
03/08/2019
and
I
received
two
calls
on
different
days
asking
me
to
pick
up
the
insoles
on
Rua
Ribeirão
Preto,
to
which
I
responded
reiterating
the
agreement
I
made
on
the
6th
that
the
insoles
should
be
sent
by
mail.
As
of
March
20,
2019,
I
still
hadn't
received
anything
and
so
I
called
again.
They
told
me
that
there
had
been
a
problem
with
manufacturing,
however,
they
had
already
called
me
twice
before
saying
that
the
insoles
were
ready.
That's
their
only
response,
in
fact,
to
say
that
there
was
a
problem
with
the
manufacturing.
On
that
day,
03/20/3019,
they
told
me
that
the
insoles
would
be
posted
by
SEDEX
10
on
03/21/2019.
So,
they
should
arrive
on
03/22/2019,
right?
Wrong!
I
haven't
received
anything
so
far.
Today,
March
23,
2019,
I
called
again
and
the
answer
was
that
they
had
"a
problem
posting
my
insoles"
and
that
I
"can
not
worry"
that
my
insoles
will
be
posted
on
Monday,
March
25,
2019
by
SEDEX
10
for
receipt
on
03/26/2019.
Well,
we're
still
on
23.03,
so
we'll
see
what
happens
in
the
next
few
days.
However,
this
post
served
its
purpose:
to
attest
to
how
terrible
this
company's
service
is!
