    I had a very bad first impression, the two insoles that were delivered to me came with manufacturing defects (as in the photos), for the price I paid I didn't expect that. But I was contacted after posting the comment by Lucas who helped me, I came back and they redid my insoles. So far I've been using it for 1 and a half weeks and the pain in my feet and knees has really improved. I don't have much to complain about the service, they were attentive and helpful.

They should have control over who the call has already been made and not bother people like that. The evaluation was on Rua Padre Chico, I give a rating of 6 to the physiotherapist who attended to me. Due to the extremely high value of your products, you should roll out a red carpet for every customer who steps into any of your units. That seems like a joke. Not even my strong prescription glasses, transition lenses, and famous brand, cost this amount. Another thing that also leaves me intrigued, you say you want to help people? If they really wanted to, they would give the customer the option to just pay for the assessment, they would give the recipe to the customer to make wherever they wanted, but they don't do that because they want to profit from people who barely have anything to eat. Businessmen, always aiming for their own profit, that's why they are rich, taking more and more from those who don't have. This is only for the rich, if you're not rich, do it another way.     FINAL RESULT: Doesn't fully deliver what was promised (read topic below) and price is too high, period. In my city, it is possible to make EVA insoles (custom-made - Shopping Ortopédico store) that fulfill the role similarly or better. -I paid for insoles that said they were suitable for women's shoes, but as I ordered a women's dress shoe, it simply didn't work: either the correction was in the right place and my foot was cramped inside the shoe to the point of hurting, or it was in the wrong place and the wrong correction increased my pain to the point that I COULDN'T STEP one of my feet on the ground BECAUSE OF SO MUCH PAIN after wearing the shoe for a few hours, having followed the fitting instructions correctly. It would have been better if they realized or warned that it might not work at all, I gave up on the shoes AND ABANDONED THE INSOLE. -The fact that the tennis insole has become functional does not alleviate the fact that I wasted time, money and effort on the other one. And, as I said, personalized EVA, guided by a physiotherapist/orthopedist, already gives results. -> The entire service was very good, however the mail deliveries showed an error twice, which did not affect the result, but needs to be improved. I'm still in the adjustment process, which lasts 90 days, just use it, complain about what you don't like and they'll fix it. If they don't, just complain, it's a solid company. In another unit, I found the initial service to be horrible and went looking for another one. If you paid 1000.00 reais for 2 insoles, you were dissatisfied and just leaving a comment on Google solves it, that's not being a consumer aware of your rights, who reads contracts before signing, etc...

    After several attempts with an orthopedist, I thought I had found the solution. Without having the means and out of desperation due to so much pain, I invested in this absurd amount, with promises that, if I didn't adapt, I would return the money. It happens that before returning it is necessary to make several adjustment attempts, and thus the warranty period passes. Conclusion, I have the insoles after the adjustments, but I can't use them directly, as I have faciitis and heel spurs at the bottom and their product is very hard. Something that should have been seen before. I use Crocs that came with the original insole, which is soft. What to do I don't know. I'm still paying per month and not taking advantage of the insoles.

    Micaela's service was excellent, this was essential for me to buy my insole, HOWEVER I almost gave up on the purchase due to the extreme heat inside the Fisio Micaela room. PelaMordeDeeeeeeus, more than 1000 reis each product can be invested in an air conditioner, right... And there's only hot water to drink, Rosângela is lovely but the water doesn't freeze at all, let's invest in a decent filter too! Thanks.
