After
being
stuck
in
the
drive-thru
for
20
minutes
(
20
minutes
to
order
&
20
minutes
waiting
for
our
food
as
we
had
wait
on
the
fries),
we
were
finally
brought
out
food.
Too
bad
it
wasn't
ours.
I
went
inside
to
let
them
know
to
find
1
employee
at
the
counter
talking
to
her
friend
on
the
phone
(I
was
inside
for
almost
5
minutes,
she
was
on
her
pho
for
most
of
that
time.)
Another
employee
finally
stated
"oh,
you
had
the
burgers?"
I
was
then
advised
I
had
to
wait
on
fries
(the
reason
I
was
stuck
in
the
drive-thru).
I
was
finally
given
the
correct
food.
No
apologies,
no
offer
to
make
things
"right"
not
even
a
"have
a
good
day."
Though
the
food
was
good,
the
service
and
attitudes
were
poor.
We
will
not
be
visiting
the
Carbondale,
IL
Wendy's
anytime
soon
-
if
ever
again.
