TL/DR:
Good
value,
clean
room,
quiet,
breakfast
needs
improvement.
I
stayed
one
night,
a
Saturday.
The
exterior
has
seen
better
days,
and
the
appearance
of
a
nightclub
(Club
13)
attached
to
the
hotel
was
not
a
positive
sign.
The
club
said
'Open'
but
I
never
saw
anyone
there.
The
lobby
area
is
large
and
clean,
with
both
a
fake
fireplace
and
2
fountains.
A
bit
odd,
perhaps,
but
it
was
clean,
well-lit,
and
large.
Check-in
was
uneventful
(a
good
sign).
The
hallway
had
a
slightly
musty
smell.
But
it
was
mid-summer,
and
hot
and
humid.
There
was
a
large
box
fan
running
at
the
end
of
the
hall,
so
it
appeared
management
was
making
an
effort
to
address
the
mustiness.
On
the
other
hand,
my
room
(106)
was
clean,
spacious,
and
had
a
small
fridge
/
freezer,
microwave,
and
large
screen
TV.
Wifi
is
included,
and
worked
flawlessly.
The
bed
was
comfortable,
and
the
bathroom
was
clean,
and
supplied
with
sufficient
towels
and
toiletries.
The
heating
/
cooling
is
an
in-wall
until
that
worked
fine,
although
its
temperature
setting
did
not
seem
to
correlate
with
the
room
temperature.
That
was
only
a
slight
inconvenience,
however.
I
had
trouble
operating
the
Dish
TV
remote.
It
did
not
seem
to
be
connected
to
the
Dish
TV
receiver,
as
the
remote
would
register
my
button
presses,
but
the
receiver
did
not
respond.
I
did
not
call
the
front
desk
for
assistance,
however,
as
I
didn't
really
care
about
getting
it
working.
Breakfast
was
disappointing.
Options
were
corn
flakes
(no
other
choices),
waffles,
oatmeal,
and
/
or
toast
(wheat
and
white).
I
saw
honey
packets,
but
don't
recall
if
there
were
jelly
packets
or
not.
Keurig
coffee
maker
was
a
plus.
Beverage
choices
also
included
milk,
oat
milk,
and
orange
juice
(I
think).
