Was charged $250 for a shower door off track and never informed or shown a bill. When contacting management they informed me they had no obligation to itemize or notify me of the charge. Currently fighting with their corporate and from the comments shower doors appear to be an issue with other rooms…..Do not expect pleasant interactions with their GM Emily.

This is a beautiful newly renovated lodging choice offered by Choice hotels, they offer a full early breakfast by 5:30am. Service is Great rooms are Beautiful and it is a Great place to take the family weather your off to visit Aspen Colorado or want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Glenwood springs. Limited eating offerings in this town so stop in Glenwood for more options but a Great option to rest and enjoy time with the family

Really family friendly rooms and service. Double queen rooms not officially able to fit a "trundle bed", was provided and does fit - slept 5. Thank you.

Really love this place. Have to stay here for work and this is a very nice hotel to stay. Staff is very nice, the whole cleaning crew is super helpful too and breakfast is not bad so, definitely the best option to stay in.

Very cute hotel near a river. Rooms appear to be pretty new and clean. But the wall is thin! I feel vibration when people walk through the hall and I could hear our neighbors talking and snoring

This hotel is really quite nice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical and fine, the grounds are kept up really nicely. The room was good with just a couple small complaints: the bed was kind of hard, the carpet was dirty, and the pillows were lumpy. But even with those small issues, I plan to stay here again in the future. Carbondale is a nice town and the hotel's location couldn't be better. It's close to the highway to Glenwood, Basalt, and Aspen. It's right by the bike trail and the river and other recreational activities. Maria in the breakfast room deserves extra credit for her friendliness and for keeping everything stocked and super clean. Also, there was a problem with my reservation, but they were able to fix it with no problem. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thanks for a nice stay!

It was a great stay, for road warriors like me it was a level above, and for visiting skiiers it would be fine. But we stayed during the off-season, and on-season pricing for a nearly empty hotel earns one star or below. Had I known we would get McDonald's standards for a posh b&b price, well, we would have stayed at a b&b.

We stayed in this hotel the night before Thanksgiving and payed $160 a night. We came back late at night of Thanksgiving to book another room and had to call the front desk to get help. The front desk person was doing laundry but answered the phone. He said he would need to charge us around $320 a night because of the holiday. I got on the Internet and could get it for $159.00 the guy just didn’t want to leave his job and get us a room so we went to the Days inn and actually the beds are so much more comfortable and they wanted us to stay here.
