I'm
a
mystery
shopper.
Although
I
wasn't
doing
that
here,
I
am
trained
in
evaluating
customer
service.
And
these
guys
get
zero
stars!
I've
worked
customer
service
and
in
the
restaurant
business
before.
I
don't
know
how
their
food
is
because
we
waited
for
over
30
minutes
for
a
table
mid
week
non
busy
with
vacant
tables
with
zero
communication
or
acknowledgment
from
any
staff
after
being
told
to
wait
while
they
quickly
clean
a
table.
There
were
3
tables
available,
just
dirty
the
whole
time
we
were
there.
There
was
even
seating
at
the
bar,
but
we
were
told
even
that
was
dirty
and
needed
cleaned
first.
They
told
us
to
wait
in
the
waiting
area
while
they
cleaned
a
table.
Then,
no
one
ever
came
back
to
seat
us.
We
were
the
only
ones
waiting
there.
They
weren't
at
all
busy.
It
was
mid
week,
and
we
weren't
told
about
a
wait
time.
I'm
not
sure
if
it
was
the
age
range
of
people
working
there,
but
they
didn't
seem
to
care
about
customers
there.
They
appeared
to
just
be
doing
"busy
work"
instead
of
making
customer
service
priority.
They'd
run
over
and
answer
the
phones
in
a
hurry
which
just
showed
they
have
no
idea
how
to
prioritize
their
job.
Even
if
they're
short
staffed,
they
could
at
least
go
to
a
customer
and
let
them
know
it'll
be
a
xx
minute
wait
because
they
just
came
off
rude.
Rude,
bad
customer
service.
