If only every small town in America had a restaurant like this. We've eaten here twice in as many days and have a reservation for another dinner already. Lunch: it's a menu featuring sandwiches and wraps but a single order of the turkey club would likely be enough to tide two people over. The quality of the bread is second to none (hard to come by in high elevation!) and the ingredients are fresh and the meal as a whole very satisfying. Dinner: almost more important than the food is that you walk in and you feel like you're having dinner at a friend's house. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. And the food is hearty American fare, with stick-to-your-ribs goodness. The pasta is fresh and homemade (another rarity!) and the dishes are all homey but with professional restaurant execution. The drinks are no slouch either, and if you're up for it, the wine list is exciting and quite unique for the area. Honest, unpretentious food by some of the warmest people I've ever met. Would eat here again. And again.

Tiny Pine is DELICIOUS! All the food and pasta are made from scratch and artistically made. We got the duck and rib appetizers with the Beef & Mushroom ragú, fried chicken biscuit, and spaghetti. All of them were wonderful. I love the small house feel and patio.

Incredible food— seriously the best meal I’ve had this year. Cozy, lovely, cool ambiance. Service is legit — they know what they’re doing there. Highly recommend! Get the pasta and the chili… and don’t forget the desserts.

What a gem, and find! Went back 3 times since my first visit on one vacation. Killer atmosphere inside, & at the outside Tiki Bar. The owners are incredibly gracious. The chef is wildly creative & talented. The staff are wonderful, & so welcoming. Above all, ALL of the food is out of this world, truly. The Gobi-Manchurian cauliflower is a must, but lots of incredibly delicious choices! One of my new favorites and can’t wait to return!

My husband and friends surprised me with dinner at the Tiny Pine Bistro and the food, service, & ambiance were all fantastic. Leslie, the owner, and Stanley (our server) took such great care of us and ensured that we had the most special evening. Thank you for such a great meal! We can’t wait to go back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the food and drinks amazing but everyone working there makes you feel so special and appreciated. The attention to detail and guest service is like no other. It’s such a fun, cozy and intimate setting. The portions are large and so is the love, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been numerous times and always order something different. Tiny Pine Bistro doesn’t disappoint if you want a casual dining experience with black tie quality menu.

So good we ate there twice! Fabulous gem of a restaurant in Carbondale. Warm and genuine hospitality, a wide reaching wine list - unique for the area! - and wonderful comfort food. They make a really nice cocktail as well. Honestly, everything was outstanding and over the course of two nights, we ate much of the menu and enjoyed every single thing we inhaled. What really stood out, though, was the love and care on the part of everyone at the Tiny Pine. We felt looked after and left absolutely well fed. Can't recommend enough. Worth a detour, as the Michelin guide says, without a doubt.

A cozy atmosphere with an incredible staff. The entire energy felt like that homemade meal (that you can't quite pull off yourself) with a family (that you actually like). Tiny Pine Bistro is an absolute gem in the mountains. Must visit.
