The whole experience was terrible..our waiter didn’t ask how we were doing the whole time but had time to mingle with women filled tables or friends. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted so the seating situation was confusing. We had a Caesar salad and a pizza, both awful. Old Chicago could have provided better ( quality, service, and price) Disappointing compared to the other wonderful restaurants/bars in Aspen with top tier service. Spend $20 more and go to a place like Campo De Fiori who actually care about you, they deserve your business. This place does not. We are usually against this, but our waiter truly did not deserve to be tipped. Also, some of the guests were borderline out of control. A blonde girl (who may have been a former employee judging by how she greeted the staff) was all over the place immediately after walking in, and within five minutes was making out with a guy 2 feet from our table. Another guest was so drunk when she was leaving that she knocked over her chair at the bar, barely missing the table right behind her. The overall vibe is a dive bar pretending to be a restaurant. FYI - They add gratuity into your bill, but will hold up the iPad and have you choose an additional tip.

DON'T GO HERE FOR THE FOOD. NEW OWNERSHIP, THEY DON'T APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT THE FOOD ONLY YOUR MONEY. It is too bad when a great establishment is bought out by "out of towner's" and they attempt to make it a 'cash machine' for their investors without considering the customers nor menu. The food is not good, overpriced, a limited menu and small portions. Look at the Menu and you realize it was built from margin analysis on a spreadsheet not a quality Chef that cares. This place is a joke from what it used to be. PLZ Don't waste your time or money on the FOOD.. The service is great as it's locals who are working and the beer is the beer.

Incredibly bad experience from the minute the host asked us if we wanted inside or outside and we replied, whichever. He gave us an attitude and when we decided outside he threw the menus onto the table and walked away. Not the right way to treat anyone. After this we ordered two beers and one of the beers they brought out was the incorrect one. We then ordered two pizzas that look remarkable in the pictures but they were undercooked and mediocre at best. Definitely staying away from this place from now on. Do not recommend it.

The Aspen Brewing company is our go to pub when we visit the Aspen and Snowmass area. The food and service are great also the people who work there have always been very nice and attentive the half a dozen times we've been. Love the pizza's make sure to order one while your there. Also they do a six beer taster served on a ski. Ordering up one of those is highly recommended as well during your visit!

We had a great time here. We ordered some beer, including a flight. One of our favorites was the Okay Cairn, a vanilla latte blonde...you could actually taste a little coffee, in a light beer! We also liked the Double Conundrum barrel aged one. We tried the Zucchini Coconut soup and it has a great flavor. We ordered three pizzas: the White, the Caprese, and the Prosciutto & Arugula. All of them were excellent. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great gem of a place post hiking on a nice chilly fall day. Starting off with the blonde ale beers followed by their delicious VEGAN squash soup- which let me tell you….delicious. For dessert, because I’m a child, we ordered the peanut butter fruit pizza. It’s a cinnamon sugar base with crunchy peanut butter topped with fruit of the day (our day was red grapes). Surprisingly really good! Our server Luke was so awesome and welcoming, we had a great chat with him

Visited this place during happy hour on a Sunday! What a view the patio has, especially coming from Texas. Food is not something I recommend getting as a meal, but rather, an appetizer. We tried High School Cafeteria Pepperoni pizza, and it was decent. Seasoned blond ale was on a heavier size and my friends enjoyed the Mexican Lager. Only one restroom in this place, for all genders.

Currently, the most affordable sit down pizza restaurant in downtown Aspen. Pizza, wings, salads and a variety of local beer and cocktails. Laid back eatery. Good for families with children. The service is subpar for Aspen. The staff is not very motivated or overly friendly. This is the only downside. The pizza and drinks are good. Patio open year round. Handsome bartender is a plus. I would recommend for apres ski, casual affordable dinner with friends and family, local beer sampling, drinks and appetizers.

The sausage pizza SHOULD have been prepared with fennel sausage, as stated on the menu, instead of unseasoned ground pork 😱😵. I wasn't informed that they were out of fennel sausage, so I didn't get the opportunity to choose another pizza. Fast service. Good selection of beers. Good prices. Music was a little too loud to chat.

Definitely a frat house vibe. Watched the staff do multiple shots but still maintain 5 star service! Food was good - a bit overpriced. Beer was good.

We sat on their patio and really enjoyed our beers, the views of the mountain, and people watching. Service was great. We were never without a beer or in need of anything.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS BAR!!! If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would. The staff was so rude that it absolutely will never go back and will tell all my friends and family to never go. I went and there was a small wait since it was packed which is absolutely fine, we checked in with a bald man who was extremely rude to us in greeting and when he took us down on his iPad, I could tell that he did not put us down because he didn't press anything after putting in our number, but I didn't say anything because I didn't know how their system works of course. So we waited about 45 minutes in the freezing Aspen cold to wait for our turn but we were never called. We saw couple after couple being seated but we were never called. My boyfriend went to ask what was going on and apparently the man had forgotten to call us.... Which was ridiculous because we were waiting in front waiting to be called.Either way, he said we still had to wait a bit more because there was no seats after his mistake. After another 5 minutes, a yonger woman asked if we needed help and we explained the situation to her, and when she went inside to ask what was the hold up, she could come up with no answer. We ended up waiting another 10 minutes in the freezing cold without being even offered a drink to wait it out. In the end we decided to leave because we were so fed up. I am so disappointed with this establishment, especially because I was so excited to try it out but I am so upset with this experience that I will never go back. I am a woman of color and you can clearly feel that the bald man did not want to let us inside especially because he was letting other couples in, didn't even take down out number, and didn't even apologize for making us wait in the cold. There was clearly racial motives to treating us the way he did and I am so upset that places like this are still running I'm Colorado. Please do not ever to here, it was so disappointing, the staff needs to be educated and we deserve and apology for making us wait outside in the cold for an hour. Please don't ever go here!

Good beer, mozzarella sticks, and pizza! The cheese sticks were basically a small cheese pizza and really good! Vegan pizza available too! Beer was on point after a long hike. Dog friendly at the barrels and on the patio. If you get a view of the street, watch the intersection for utter chaos with expensive cars!

Waited outside on patio for awhile, no one came so I went inside to see if we could get table. Tons of servers walked by so I thought maybe it's self seating inside. I proceeded to ask the server if it's self seating or if there's a host I could talk to. She then literally yelled at me "NO, YOU WAIT FOR US!!" And told me I cut the pregnant lady in line waiting outside...but when I went outside she never got any help either and left also before we did. Short haired server that yelled at me..I'm sorry you were having a bad day, hope you stop screaming at customers asking a simple question 😅

No one should be made to feel like a burden for going to a dining establishment that has many hours yet to be open in the day. Witnessed staff complaining about customers, angrily throwing menus down on a table for an incoming family and were generally made to feel like a burden for being a patron in their establishment. Redeeming qualities for the two stars were the decent beer and the one staff person (a woman in a walking boot) who did demonstrate care and kindness.

Just in town for the day and stopped in for a bit. Nice patio. The buffalo chicken dip was too good! And we enjoyed the caprese pizza. Special thanks to our server. Not being a CO native he wasn't sure about travel advice, but he was adamant that we head back to Dillon through thru pass, and it was amazing!

Fine place to grab a beer. They have a beautiful outdoor patio in the front and the inside was nicely decorated. While there, they had a TV playing video clips of epic nature scenes which was a nice touch. The beer was good. Service was fine.
